An editorial reading of the saved reviews

It is meant as an AI helper for chat and homework, but detailed reviews say the video and generator are weak and the presentations come out dull with random pictures. Feeding a slide deck from a PC leaves the app stuck in a loop demanding an upgrade. A separate mess is canceling the subscription, it charges 14.99 with no clear warning, and support runs you in circles and will not let you cancel.
