An editorial reading of the saved reviews
Users value the mode that teaches first and gives the answer after, short clear explanations, and help with last-minute assignments across subjects. But it often errs on math and geometry (one user's sister got an F after double-checking), the app freezes, crashes, and sometimes shows a black screen instead of the photo. Explanations also leak discarded wrong steps like 'wait not right'.
