An editorial reading of the saved reviews
An AI art generator that worked well as a community tool, but a series of updates cut free credits, broke purchase transfers, and added overly aggressive filtering.
What people use it for
Artists and AI art enthusiasts who want to experiment with styles and are willing to pay for credits
What reviews praise
Rich selection of art styles, ability to create custom styles, simple interface
What reviews complain about
Free credits cut from 5 to 1 per day, purchased credits vanish upon registration, censorship blocks neutral female imagery, results often stray far from the prompt
What users experience
2 excerpts from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.
This app used to be my absolute favorite for art, but now it's obsolete compared to other apps, and worst of all this app has become absolutely useless when editing pictures of women. Every single attempt to make anything having to do with a female is being rejected for safety filters. Fully clothed.
This app used amazing. Five free lumens a day. Collect for 10 days and you could make your own style. Participate in community art challenges. The past few times I've been back to it it has gotten so bad and it's become nothing more than an Instagram Post Promoter.
