One of the more mature trackers in the category: auto-detects fasting patterns, offers presets with notifications, and lets you delete a failed fast from history. Stability drops after major updates, but the team actively patches issues.

What people use it for
People who want a simple, reliable timer with notifications and have no interest in food or meal plans.
What reviews praise
- Automatic fasting pattern presets with push notifications for the start and end of a fast take the guesswork out of your schedule.
- The ability to delete a fast from history without penalty helps you keep accurate stats.
What reviews complain about
- After updates the app sometimes fails to register that a fast ended and shows 'Start' instead of 'End', causing data loss.
- Apple Health weight sync does not work consistently.
What users experience

This helps a lot for me to stick to fasting. I guess seeing it count makes it easier. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because you input your weight. And you can have it sync to you health data from apple but it doesn't actually sync. So your weight doesn't get updated in this app.
