An editorial reading of the saved reviews
A timer with a phase display and a built-in meal planner. Key product flaw: in the free version, ads cover the button to end a fast, so users physically cannot save their result. The coaching feature exists, but dietary tips do not adapt to your chosen diet (a keto plan gets low-calorie recommendations).

What reviews praise
The phase display and motivational push notifications at key milestones (18h, 24h) help users resist quitting.
What reviews complain about
In the free version, ads block the fast-ending button, which breaks the core mechanic of the tracker.

The app uses different phsicologic tools to make fasting easier. I can easy to for 18 hours without too much struggle as each phase motivates me to push even more.
