Badge count is wrong a lot. Have to manually mark messages as read.

I don't know what changed but the recent update is causing the Teams app to show a notification alert badge when there is no new activity or I have caught up with all activity. I keep thinking I have a new message or alert and I go check and there's nothing new to check. Then the badge goes away and

Teams appears to have an issue with displaying the actual number of unread chats and is showing multiples when there is only one. In addition, Teams doesn't appear to be syncing with other devices and adjusting the number of unread chats when they are read on another devise.
