An editorial reading of the saved reviews
A virtual phone number app for calls and SMS that issues a number but after payment calling does not actually work: no dial tone, SMS do not arrive, verification codes never come through. The payment structure is confusing — a subscription does not include minutes, you have to buy coins separately.

What reviews praise
The need for a second number without a SIM is real, and occasionally after a long wait calls do go through.
What reviews complain about
After payment, calls and SMS often do not work at all and verification codes do not arrive.
