An editorial reading of the saved reviews

The catalog is broad enough and stream quality is high, but the app suffers from product gaps: shuffle plays the same order every time it starts, adding tracks to playlists consistently breaks after updates, and there is no widget.

What reviews praise

High-quality streaming is reliable, and access to audiobooks in the same app is convenient.

What reviews complain about

Shuffle generates the same pseudo-random order on every launch instead of truly random playback.

What users experience

1 excerpt from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.

It locks itself into loops. Plays music not on playlist. Shuffle does not work, it recreates the same shuffle every time so you hear it in an order instead of a shuffle.
