An editorial reading of the saved reviews

The only app among the fourteen built specifically for perimenopause and menopause. Symptom tracker, information base, and trigger journal. Especially valuable during the irregular cycles of the late reproductive phase, when standard trackers predict the next period with coin-flip accuracy. What people use it for

Women aged 40 to 60 in perimenopause or menopause who need a structured symptom journal for conversations with their doctor.

What reviews praise

What reviews complain about

  • No option to add custom symptoms or triggers beyond the built-in list.
  • The period end date often does not save.
  • Women without a uterus cannot complete setup correctly.
  • Date formats are not adapted to the American standard.
