Maybe Baby™ Fertility Tracker

doubtful rating

A minimalist tracker designed to identify fertile windows from two inputs: last period date and cycle length. Works for strictly regular cycles. With an irregular cycle it loses orientation entirely: it does not allow manual date editing month by month and does not accept test strip data. Several reviews document losing all history when trying to correct an entry.

About the rating

84% five-stars in the store with a text review average of 4.34. But a sample of 40 shows 13 one- and two-star reviews against 22 four- and five-stars. This points to strong polarization: either the app works perfectly for a regular cycle or it fails completely. Star inflation without text is possible.

Strengths

What users love

  • Users with regular cycles praise ovulation window accuracy and simplicity: open it
  • Check
  • Close it. Several families report successful conception on the first or second try.
Weak spots

What users hate

  • No way to correct a past day or set a variable cycle length. Ovulation predictions diverge from test strips by 5 or more days at any deviation from the norm. No symptoms or notes fields. Interface has not been updated and deleting an entry deletes all history.

Who it is for

Only for those whose cycle is stable to the day and who have no need for fine-tuning. Not suitable for irregular cycle tracking or anyone who wants test strip data.
