Eat This Much works well as an automatic meal plan generator with a shopping list and nutrient tracking. The main problem is that the recipe base gets repetitive and the vegetarian section is thin.

This app was exactly what I was looking for… automated recipe planning with automatic grocery list building based off your week, pantry management, and syncs with Apple health for tracking. My only complaint is the pantry management system could be more automated.
The app needs to let us publicly rate and review recipes. Some of the recipes are horrible. However. It is amazing for tracking calories and planning meals. The groceries list feature is the best!
My son has a lot of food allergies and eating for our family is not a fun experience. Friend recommended this because you can put the food exclusions in and it supposedly generates meals around them. But it doesn't.
I'm really losing patience with this app and about ready to request a refund. It's just one series of useless recommendations after another. The same disgusting recipes pushed over and over no matter how many times I block them.
