eMeals conveniently connects a meal plan to online grocery ordering, but the shopping list often duplicates ingredients, recipes are criticized for lacking seasoning and variety, and the app is rough on tablet. It pushes Walmart at every launch.

The app will add dozens of random ingredients to the shopping list. I had 9 12 oz bags of broccoli when I needed 3. 9 bell peppers when I needed 3. The list goes on and on. It's to the point where it's completely unusable.
This is so easy, pick you plan, pick you dish, that creates a store list, check off items you have, send it to store for curbside pickup! Couldn't be easier and we like the meals I make. Well done!
We love this app. We've tried other options over the years, but come back to eMeals every time! I do wish there was a meal prep mode that would easily tell you what and how to prep in advance!
Their options are limited and most of the recipes we've tried lack taste/seasoning as is. If you have picky eaters pass on this one. Kids friendly was not tested with kids lol.
Busy working mom with a husband and two picky eater daughters. EMeals helps me plan and shop fast, easy and healthy. Going on 7+ years. Still love EMeals.
