An editorial reading of the saved reviews
Recipe Keeper handles manual entry, web import, and recipe scanning well, and includes a meal planner and shopping list generation. The main limitation is that family sharing requires separate purchases on every device and platform, which makes shared kitchen management inconvenient.

What reviews praise

What reviews complain about
No shared family access: each person must buy the app separately on every platform they use.
What users experience
2 excerpts from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.
The Pros: Easy to use. Multiple methods of adding new recipes. Menu planner that creates a shopping list. THE CONS: The shopping list doesn't export to grocery store apps. SPOUSE CANNOT ACCESS THE MENU, RECIPES, SHOPPING LIST, ETC. We cannot sync between our two apple accounts.
I like everything about this, but it needs to be able to double a recipe, or half a recipe.
