An editorial reading of the saved reviews

RecipeBox worked well as a personal recipe archive with web import, but after monetization the product degraded: intrusive Walmart ads appear on every screen transition, and import now saves only a link instead of the actual content.

What people use it for

Anyone who wants to store recipes in one place without planning features

What reviews praise

One-click recipe import from the web and convenient manual organization by category.

What reviews complain about

Import increasingly saves only a link rather than the recipe itself, making the collection dependent on third-party sites.
