I spent over an hour trying to write my cover letter, and once I was completed it erased everything I wrote and reverted back to the example text.

I downloaded and payed for the subscription so I could make a cover letter with ease and minimum issues but I got the exact opposite. I had to redo my cover letter about 12 times, because the information wouldn't save or would go back to the original text that they give you.
