In the beginning, it worked great once they purchased the pro and VIP packages. However, now years later, the app is not syncing with the iCloud account with iOS. And after several emails to Customer Support resolutions have not resolved the issue.
Long time user and used to be very happy with it. Unfortunately the business or ID scanning functionality is useless on my iPhone 13 Pro. It requires you get so close it loses focus. So it will scan them but they will be a blurry mess.
