An editorial reading of the saved reviews
A camera translator with a strict limit on free scans (10 per day, resets every 24 hours). OCR fails on handwriting, small fonts, and small objects. The server occasionally returns an error instead of a translation. The concept is right, the execution is unstable.

What people use it for
Tourists who need to translate a sign or menu once in a while, not anyone working with documents regularly.
What reviews praise
Recognizes text from photos in real-world conditions: signs, menus, printed documents.
What reviews complain about
The scan limit runs out in a single session, after which you must wait 24 hours or pay.
