An editorial reading of the saved reviews
Agoda reliably charges money and systematically refuses to help when anything goes wrong: cancelled bookings with no refund, descriptions that do not match reality, and chat-bot support. As a travel planning tool the app is dangerous because it creates the illusion of a secure booking.
