An editorial reading of the saved reviews

An airline app with unreliable check-in: boarding passes do not load into Wallet, the check-in form resets its data, and gate notifications do not arrive. It handles the basic task of flight companionship poorly.

What reviews praise

When everything works, the flight search and booking flow is straightforward and fast.

What reviews complain about

Check-in is unstable: the app resets data mid-process and the boarding pass in Wallet does not update when the gate changes.
