An editorial reading of the saved reviews

As a flight and hotel search aggregator the app works, but the mechanism for handling booking problems is systematically broken: double charges, arbitrary refund amounts, and withholding funds when an airline cancels a flight. A tool for comparing prices, not for booking with confidence.
