An editorial reading of the saved reviews

YouTube TV offers wide channel coverage and multi-device viewing, but the app has degraded: the guide is sluggish, channel switching freezes, and sports picture quality is still at 720p. The product feels like live TV with an unfinished interface.

What people use it for

Sports fans who need live sports and broadcast TV without a satellite dish.

What reviews praise

Unlimited cloud DVR storage and access to most sports channels in one place.

What reviews complain about

The program guide interface is broken after updates: switching a channel blacks out the screen, and series in the library reset to unwatched.
