Call recording via a three-way merge with the TapeACall server. Transcription is available but does not link speakers to phone numbers, only Speaker 1 and Speaker 2. Recording is unreliable on critical calls: the app gives no error signal and simply does not save. Was relevant before iOS 18 but now competes with Apple's built-in call recording.

Record features work well enough, however, in the transcript window, it DOESN'T label each speaker via phone number (positive identification). It only says 'Speaker 1' and 'Speaker 2'. This is a gross oversight.

After recording, I changed the file name but it didn't remain there. It's disappeared and I should do that work again to have file name changed. Sometimes I should repeat that boring process even several times. What's the problem?

Had a 2 hour work call and the call didn't merge. More often than not it works but without fail, it glitches when u need it most. No heads up, no 'error' feature, nothing.
