People love Sarah Beth for her precise, calm delivery and professional posture work, which many have followed for years since YouTube, and in the app they value the large class selection, calendars and easy casting to a TV. It breaks down around getting into the app: some cannot create a profile or log in with an old account and only see a login screen. There are also complaints about freezing on iPhone and that much of this is free on her YouTube.
