   Confusing. Horrible app. I don’t understand how I am even supposed to get past the bubbles that move when you first start the app.

   OTP new meaning. The meaning to OTP (one time purchase) is yes, you bought it but we will screw you over because we can add options and not grandfather old users in. I have both PicsArt and Bazaart and other apps which have added AI and didn’t think to add new charges to steal from their long time customers. This is dishonest and reprehensible

   App charging card constantly. I’m getting constant charges from this app $4.99 like every month and doesn’t tell me what it’s for, it says they’re pending charges. But they seem to keep happening im starting to wonder if the people behind this app are just sneaking money.

   Another app after all your money.. They give ya 5 credits each day but you better know what you’re wanting to do, cause your credits are out before you know it. Then they pressure you into buying more credits. Don’t waste your time unless you have daddy’s credit card.

   Don’t sign up. I signed on for the three day trial and immediately wanted to cancel. There is no option on the app to make that happen. It’s infuriating.

    Not working and no communication. I purchased the year subscription. And it shows that I am subscribed, but gives me no promised tokens to use the app, and keeps asking me to pay for $4.99 for more tokens. I emailed the app developers twice and they have not responded. now I have to take time out of my day to try and get a refund.

    Paid for LightX. Now it’s an AI avatar app.. Just read the review by the user The Cauw titled “End of an Era.” Captures all of my feelings precisely. Highly disappointed.

    Report these people to Apple. I’ve reported them to Apple, I suggest everyone does the same. The legacy customers who paid for LightX should get the features back that we paid for. The update is trash and premium features are now behind a paywall. The former photoshopping tools that are still on this app are a shadow of their former capabilities. Boxing out legacy, paying customers, is a horrible business practice and more in line with a scam.

    Not a fan. First off, I was FORCED into this app. I had the previous version and when the app updated, I was dumped into this one. Secondly, I edit on my phone, IPad Pro, and my MacBook Pro…this app is only optimized for cellphone usage. Does not convert to landscape mode. Thirdly, its a gimmick. Photographers like to create their own artistry. This is for fun basically. I should not have to pay for it. Take me back to the old version please and thank you

    A COOL APP THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED!. this used to be a cool photo editing app. I paid to have it upgraded. I couldn't figure out why the app wasn't on my phone anymore until I realized this was the app. I understand of rebrand, but this is not even a rebrand. This is just a completely different app now. How can you do that? Why can't you just make a new app? Why would you change the entire app to be AI? AI at this point is not even original or necessary because nearly EVERY photo app offers Ai. This app used to be so original because you could edit and change colors/hues. I could never find any apps that did it the way this app used to but now I can't even do it at all. It's just a ridiculous AI app that does nothing. This is ridiculous and I don't even know how Apple would even allow this to happen? Can they just change an app completely like this? Either way, don't download it. Trust all the negative recent reviews.

    These amazing reviews are from a different app!. Up until about two weeks ago, this app was called LightX and almost every review you see here is from that app. This new app “AILeap” is completely different and was forced onto existing paid customers who purchased LightX. I am a prior paid user to LightX, which I have been very fond of. This new AI app that you created should not have been pushed to your current LightX users. Yes, I see the plus button to edit photos similar to how it used to be. I don’t want all this extra garbage and begging for AI subscriptions every time I log into something I have already paid for. As far as I am concerned, you stole from me. You should’ve just made a separate app, not overwrite your existing app in an update in order to trick existing clients into subscribing. I already have an AI app that I use, I don’t want yours. I raved about your app, now I feel incredibly disappointed.. make the legacy app available again please, it was exactly what I wanted.

    Why should I pay twice. I purchased the light x app and I go to use it today and it’s gone. Then I come to find out it is replaced by this app. Which wants me to pay for it again and on a monthly rate. Why should I pay for an app twice? How can this be allowed to take away an app I paid for and replace it with something else and say I have to pay for it again. That’s just wrong. I tried restoring purchase with no luck.

    sharing the sentiments of many other "burned" LightX purchasers.. I absolutely loved the original LightX app (no not the newer subscription service version) but the one-time fee one. It was super simple, effective and did all I needed it to do. Today I find out not only was I force updated to this new AI app, but despite avoiding their newer apps with subscription fees they forced this update - took away access to the LightX app which I had paid for - and now require a subscription for the same features I used to already own. I didn't need another generic AI app. I honestly am getting tired of paying for one time fee apps just for the developers to later on take away access to the app I owned and replace it with something i didn't ask for. will be removing this

    Don’t use. I been having this app since 2017 and absolutely loved it I paid the one time fee to be a pro and it was great just recently I went onto the app and I first thought it disappeared! Went on the ap store and noticed they had changed the app picture and name this new app replaced one that was perfect this to updated one is 100% junk and now I gotta repay for it even tho I already paid the one time fee I’m sooo upset right now about this I’m warning y’all it’s 100% junk please bring the old app back!

    Amazing and love it!. UPDATED - I had to deleted this app due u changed from "blend' and others that I love so much. All of suddenly now just people for AL or AI which I hate most! I want that blend back! But forget it! Stupid! I am not happy! Grr I have been at it nearly all day, just to learn and boy it is like Photoshop Element but abit different in some way! Finally just what I want for my iPad! Love it!

    What happened!!!!!. This is absolutely ridiculous do not buy this or update…..took the greatest app of all time and changed it to trash…..this is an entirely new app…..nothing like the old….why didn’t they build a new app instead of tricking everyone? Not cool guys…whoever did this or made this decision should be fired from the company…also didn’t restore my purchase now wants a weekly payment when I already paid
