   If there was a zero I would’ve gave it zero. So this is the reason why I gave it one star so first my friend took my phone and did something bad and then I got banned permanently for something I didn’t do and then when I tried to write something back so I wouldn’t get my account banned it they wouldn’t let me when I literally tried to explain explaining what happened. I told him that like it would never happen again they still didn’t and I just don’t think you should get this app because like it’s just all a big scam and it’s just all AI so like you’re not gonna be hurt at all

   Harassment and bullying. I enjoy the game but you guys banned me for harassment and bullying and they’res nothing on my account showing my bullying anyone at all

   Unsafe, inappropriate, no moderation, generative AI usage. I was a long time user on this app, have been playing since I was 15 and enjoyed it. There were problems even way back then but they’ve only got worse over the years. The lack of moderation in DMs being one of them. I have experienced inappropriate interactions with adults as a minor on there in the past. Unfortunately, on any app with children there will always be predators that flock to it, but, my issue is with Zepeto’s reporting system remaining almost completely ineffective. I’m now an adult and I still witness other adults on the app behave inappropriately with minors and I would report them yet their accounts would still remain up and unaffected, their clubs would still be active, and in the rare case they are penalized, it’s a slap on the wrist and they get to return to posting and interacting with users on the app after a short duration of time. The issue of lack of safety gets even worse considering they have recently added roleplaying AI chat bots to DMs that you CANNOT remove. One of them being named “single father” which already has some implications I feel are not appropriate. In these DMs there will be mentions of dating, marrying, and flirting. I didn’t personally test out to see if there were safeguards installed to prevent users from having violent, sexual, or bigoted conversations with the bots, and truth be told I don’t wanna do that, I feel like this is concerning enough. Gen AI has unfortunately overtaken the app in booth poses, booth animations, and apparently item creation now too. This app used to be about users getting creative and making their own things to share with the community, so it’s jarring to see those focuses ultimately being tossed away in favor of AI which is harmful in many ways. I feel like Zepeto has forgotten what it was: a family friendly app. The livestreams on it are crazy. E-dating, flirting contests, roasting lives that quickly get out of hand and turn into witch hunting and threats being sent out to targeted users. Don’t even get me started on how overloaded and junky the app is. Packed with features and things no one asked for. Most of the features we get we never even asked for, a lot of people on the app are complaining all the time about how un fun and junky and cheap the app has gotten but this app never listens to it’s user base. This whole thing is a mess, and I don’t see a reason to be in it anymore so I won’t be.

   I’m dissatisfied. I got my account restricted for a few days for nudity and sexual content which I never did the moderators can’t moderate I’m disappointed with this app and the creators we NEED to get it together

    Service. If you get scammed or something the support team is the worst ever. my account was compromised about 2 weeks ago and they say they cannot help you because the automated bot service automatically declines you because it thinks you were careless with your account and password so do not purchase items on this app because if you get hacked the support team does nothing to help you at all or just dont use this app at all because it ruins your life Account username: heavencanwait_

So basically, I got banned off my account for 10 days and if I get another report, my account will be banned forever, but I don’t know if they’ll get my account back because it won’t let me login at all or do anything to my account just please please get my account back. People just report me for no reason. And I’ll never do anything please I look so sad.

Theres too many adds and whenever I go to shop it doesn’t load And whenever I make a video of my avatar moving it’s giving me bad poor quality instead of good quality and there’s many glitches I can think of So sometimes I go to this app I go naked but 1 shirt and 1 shorts and my face is messed up And whenever I go to shop it kicks me out of the app

    Cannot login. I tried multiple times to log back into my account. I even tried my password. I even renewed my password I put in my phone number. I put in my email and stuff and apparently I still cannot get in. I hate you. I hate you game. Please delete it. This was horrible idea to make this. I will not stop giving y’all hate until y’all actually let me back in or tell me what I did. I didn’t do anything that I remember of all that I remember was being nice to people and telling people to stop being mean to me and stuff and now I’m just getting probably blocked and I just got logged out for no reason please please please let me back

    security. i literally went to go log into my account again that had 19.8k. It didn’t let me in. All my looks and stuff were changed , and it seems someone hacked into my account. Zepeto, fix your security system cause it should not be that i have to wait 3-5 days or more for your slow agents to just give me my account back. this is so useless and i am very, very annoyed. I hope you give a better security , AND better agents . Why should i have to wait weeks for someone to help me? By that time they could have already stolen everything. I’ve wasted HUNDREDS. On this game. And you tell me that not one agent can assist me really quick? Please, fix your game. If I don’t get my account back, I will be leaving another bad review. Zepeto, make sure the hackers don’t do any other harm. that’s why everyone’s quitting.
