   Theft. So when I decided to sign up after trying it, it linked my Apple account with the guest account i was using….and when they linked, all the lumens I paid for not five minute prior were gone. They stole my 7.99. I’m reporting it my card as fraudulent. This is a scam and their AI is whack anyway. What logic is there in uploading a picture of a cat and it spits out a dirty hotel room with people whose heads are on backwards.

   Killed a good thing. It used to be “open, hot create, go”. Now, a lot of people can’t even find the prompt to begin to create”. This has went from my “go-to, this is fun” app to something I never open anymore. I can get the project finished in most apps before I can ever get this one up and going. Clearly looks like all the moves were done ignoring user convenience and solely for generating money.

   Safety Filters Bad. This app used to be my absolute favorite for art, but now it’s obsolete compared to other apps, and worst of all this app has become absolutely useless when editing pictures of women. Every single attempt to make anything having to do with a female is being rejected for safety filters. Fully clothed artistic representations of people completely blocked because of the “safety filters.” Can’t continue using this, cancelled subscription.

   Cancel subscription. This app charges you fees for things you dont have. Ive tried to cancel the subscription and it wont give me that option. I just want to cancel this app. I had it for a week and it was free now its charging me.

   Results are just Meh. I don’t like the rendering styles of images. The results are quite ugly. Plus it seems there are a lot of bugs as I just sent a prompt and I can’t even see all the results correctly. There are four generated images and I only succeeded to see two of them uncropped. Unfortunately I can’t see the less ugly one. Pretty disappointed. Today I couldn't claim the free lumen, the screen looks frozen and clicking on cpntact support makes the app to crash.... the bot in "give us feedback" didn't help at all either...

    Money maker. I’ve had this for over 7 months. Was able to actually become pretty good at it. However, it starts lagging and not producing images but will still take the lumens as if it did! I’ve been paying for this app and also paying for lumens. Come to find out, I am not sure how many dollars it’s taken from me without generating an image! I messaged the members it’s been over 6 hours with nothing. It’s an easy to use app but it’s not worth my 50$ a week I’m spending on lumens for it to just take my money, not generate due to running into a cosmic bump and no support. I’m afraid I’ll have to find another less costly app.

    Going down hill fast.. I have used this app from the beginning and have watched it go from great to ok to bad. Censorship filter where socks, shorts, feet, toes, and bare hands are now a safety issue is like communism. What happened to freedom of expression. Then they took away the daily challenges so you can earn your free lumans to spend on creating. I understand making money but taking the one thing that will draw in your customers base and seems like you don’t care about your community. Taking that away will be the reason your customers will walk away. Also I get commercials but when have to watch commercials and get credits is horrible. Other apps have one or the other not both. Listen to your customers because if you don’t they will leave. Just a good business tip.

    False Expectations!!!. The reviews claim that it's free but i had to pay $8 for 40 lumens...not bad but i prefer to tell me straight in the beginning. I did have a rather complex "outer space" image with several elements. However they should also tell you that the computer can really only handle one scripture or two de scriptures at a time. I put the whole thing in there and it botched it giving me some kind of regular photo but wrong positioning. Then it gave me some kind of botched picture where there was one person with multiple arms coming out.

    Worthless Now. The “pay to play” on this app is ridiculous. 1 free lumen a day is absolutely preposterous, especially when most styles cost 2 or more credits for per generation. The old model of forcing users to watch ads for additional, modest quantities of lumens worked fine, and I can assure you the developers were still making out like bandits. These days, you’re better off learning how to run stable diffusion without apps like this (I.e Dream by Wombo, NightCafe, etc.)

    Totally Screwed Up Now. I’ve used Starryai for many years and within a few months it’s gone from being my favorite graphic generator to completely non working. I was irked when I lost over 1000 lumin credits. I was even more upset to have lost all the art I’d created over the years. Luckily I had downloaded my most recent project which I use as inspirational cover art for writing and my own hand-drawn artwork. But now the program is completely frozen and doesn’t work at all. Just as well since it’s unreliable.

    Glitching, Paid for Pro Didn’t Receive It. UPDATE: No help with stolen lumens. Now, when I create something I can’t view it. It keeps pushing Pro and won’t let me do anything, even though I have over 700 lumens. It used to work well, but it keeps logging me out, taking lumens without generating anything even if I leave it open for 10 minutes. I want my money back.

    Stole all my lumen after update. I am livid because I had collected 1400+ Lumen from logging in every day and not only did they erase my lumen and my creations in a recent update out of nowhere but they replaced the 5 free lumen a day to ONE. ONE freaking lumen when you need more than one to even make a creation. Do you know how many years I’ve had this app on my phone to get 1400+ lumen??? And I know contacting them will be pointless because they will not credit my account that many lumen because it was technically “free” credit that I can’t prove I ever had with a receipt. Never mind the fact that I logged into their app and used/supported their content for years. Well bye starry!!! To ChatGPT I go. I’m even going to pay for the subscription just to be petty. Edit: and of course their answer is dismissive and has NOTHING to do with what I said. No response for stealing 1400 lumen from me out of nowhere. I don’t even care that they changed it from 5 to 1 a day if they had just honored the lumen I EARNED!! But they refuse as seen by their response

    can't even use it anymore. I used to love this app. now the "safety filter" makes it impossible to use. It doesnt matter what I type in the prompt (Which has been all pg words and topics). it flags it and wont let me generate anything. I miss the old app. guess I won't be using this anymore.

    Removed Features. You guys ruined your own app, stripping away the creative prompt features. You used to be able to select from helpful prompt ideas, art styles, creative mediums, keywords, etc. and save them no more. Just the massive list of base ai models, with no way to sort, save, filter, search. UX nightmare. You should revert to the older system or at least give us the ability to use those features.
