   Paywall. They took the normal HD and HD Ultra and made it pro, so yeah, no more using this for edits!

   Unusable!!!!. So I got this app in early 2024 and loved it right away. There were small issues that lasted a day or two at the most. Annoying but considering all the features it was tolerable. However it’s only gone down hill since and has become unusable. I’ve tried waiting it out but it’s been two months and it’s still a complete mess. When I edit no matter how big or small the files and no matter his little of the features I use the audio is all outa wack. I’m not talking a little outa sync I mean upside down backward no rhyme or reason to its madness outa wack. This is a huge problem I spend 2 hours editing something for it to be completely USELESS! And I pay for this app as well if I were only using the free version I wouldn’t be so upset. They have added alot of new things lately abd are charging more money for them too. Maybe you should fix the features you have before especially one so basic as sound!

   Charged me for year instead of week. Wasn’t planning on buying a year subscription but when looking at the prices it said nothing about whole year just price per week. I clicked on it and sure enough “Charged $60!!!” Now I can’t contact the company and I’m frustrated… App works good but didn’t care for this. Would change my review if I wasn’t charged 60 BUCKS…

   App bugs a lot. The app only allow me to pause the process but when it asks me to tap the bar to continue again it will not let me. It also doesn’t allow me to upload videos that are under 4k

   App freezes and crashes during upload and they keep charging credits. App freezes during upload and to resume upload they charge you credits. Obviously faulty app. Look elsewhere don’t waste hours

   My rating. I am an editor on TikTok and I was hoping to get better quality so I got the one week 799 thing and genuinely it did not change my quality at all, which was disappointing.    SCAM!. TRY ANY OTHER APP, PLEASE! Signed up for the free trial and canceled before it ended. Was charged by Wink anyways. Tried to work with their “support” and was told there was nothing they could do. Currently working with Apple support for a refund and confirmation that I won’t be charged again. Save your money and the hassle!

    Gaming video. Now I don’t know if this is what the app is meant for, but I put a gaming video on it and said for it to enhance it, and I got it back “Ultra HD” and it was more blurry than before?!?

    This app is TERRIBLE!!!. First things first. I was only gonna use the 7 day trial and see what it was about. It charged me over $10 for that. Been trying for over 4 hours to use the frame interpolation to process a 3 minute video. I’ve saved it over 10 times and will not save correctly at ALL. Adds minutes onto it, and rips apart the audio that’s in it. Don’t waste your money ( even though I wasn’t supposed to be charged. )

    Money Hungry. App used to be free to use the base level ai repair and other stuff like that, Now everything cost money you click on one thing and get 17 pop ups telling you to spend 10$ or 100$ for a subscription 💀. actually a joke

    NEW Update is AWFUL!. I can’t make any edits! It keeps crashing and it won’t save my progress! Yes, I cleared all the cache and NOTHING! I deleted the app and reinstalled and NOTHING! NEW Update ruined this app! Never again! I want my REFUND!!!

    .. This app is terrible, it literally only allows you to use quality once, then you have to pay, and when you want to use quality and it lags, and you reset it, it makes you pay. Highly unrecommended.

    i used it one time and it told me i have to use vip to use it again. i used image quality and i used it for one photo. since it didn’t allow me to make a batch (it was vip), i just decided that ill use it separately. after it downloaded and i tried to save the second photo, it told me i was using a pro feature even though the first photo was okay. can you only use the quality enhancer once a day? seems ridiculous

    horrible quality. i have tried to use this app for my quality, and it just damages the clip. when i am editing a person, i want it to acutally look like them. this app makes it look nothing like the person i’m editing. i DO NOT recommend, don’t use this app unless you like bad quality and a person that doesn’t look like themselves. fuh nah man, i’m outta here ts is crazy.
