   Nightmare I am out $111. I got a free trial and on the day before my free trial was supposed to end I was charged $111 so i immediately cancelled my subscription on the 25th my subscription wasn’t set to be charged until the 26th I will never use a free trial again because it’s a trap. I had to contact apple to report it so hopefully I get my money back 🤞🏼ps they ask you to contact them through their email but they just sent me to apple this app is a nightmare

    Waste of money. I purchased upgrades twice this year hoping to be able to get some photos… the app has been unable to produce the free images unless you upgrade, makes no sense but that’s what I did. Even after paying for the upgrade I still can’t get it to produce photos without it still asking to pay again. Like come on.

    Scam. I paid $99 for this app (by accident- don’t get me started) and have had so much trouble trying to get it to work. Tonight I finally get it to work and then they want to charge me $1.99 for avatars? What on earth was the $99 for?? And don’t think Apple will back you up when this doesn’t work! Total waste of my $99!!!!!

    Shallow Fake in a self care hoodie. My Mood AI is less artificial intelligence and more artificial confidence. It’s a masterclass in AI theater all soft gradients and calming fonts hiding a zero-IQ backend. The UI pretends to know your feelings, but it couldn’t emotionally interpret a stop sign. It’s like someone slapped a Canva template on a broken mood ring and called it an app.

    Download. Don’t download this app if you’ve been offered a 3 day free trial. They charged me $99 immediately and when I cancelled, they didn’t refund anything, so now I’m out money and can’t use the app.

    Scummy. They remove all of your features if you cancel the free trial. I’ve never encountered an app that will soft block all features within the app if you cancel the free trial. Even according to Apple, you will still have access to the subscription until the trial ends. They are praying that you won’t remember to cancel, so they can bill you for an egregious $100. Absolutely disgusting and slimy practice. I genuinely hope that the developers of this app see hardship in life. I’m disgusted.

    No. Don’t waste your time. First of all, I think $100 for the subscription is outrageous. Which I definitely didn’t intend to subscribe to but here we are. So I tried to use it a little bit more and give it a chance only to find out that even though I’ve purchased $100 subscription, I still have to buy credit credits on top of that. Which if it was quality photo results, maybe it could be considered worth it. But these are the most AI looking bot images. Waste of money.

    Do not fall for the free trial. This App is very glitchy when you are on the free trial. I believe this is on purpose with a continuous pop-up for purchase. Somehow within 5 minutes of downloading the app it took me into a yearly subscription for $100. I cancelled that immediately and requested a refund. Both attempts for a refund were rejected. This is a typical scam to bait and switch and horrible customer service. To say all that, the software is pretty cool. I was not looking for avatar results but I guess pretty cool.

    Does not keep subcription active through paid time frame when cancelled.. I purchased the app due to its potential and i paid the 99.99. I then cancelled the subcription to keep it from auto-renewing mext year as I always forget to cancel in time. After this, the app cancelled my premium benefit that should have remained until the end of the subcription. Every other app I cancel honors the remaining time paid and allows its use until the paid time frame is over. I requested a refund as it is trying to have me resubcribe and pay all over again. I have also requested a refund. Poor management of premium benefits on the app. If you use the trial period. Remove it on time.
