   Unable to use app after subscribing,when I tried to resubscribe it says I’m already subscribed.. I subscribed for a month it’s day 4 and I have not been able to access my subscription.

   custom avatars are poor. I’m not accurate.. this program is for if someone wants to use their already produce avatars, but if you want to use your own with your own audio, this program does not meet the standard to do that very good and communicating with the program developers are very poor. You left on your own for them to take your credit.

   Not worth the money. App won’t download the video, ai avatar looks fake, when video does start it’s not what you asked for at all. Can’t change the background. Charge you for everything even when you don’t ask for the change. Slow progress. Constant technical issues, horrible app. They don’t offer refunds even if you downloaded it and change your mind within minutes. There’s better apps out there ! Don’t waste your money

   paid for service not receiving service. Paid Pro Annual Subscription Not Working I purchased and prepaid for the annual Pro membership, but my account does not appear to have any of the Pro features enabled. When I log into my account, it shows that I have an active Pro subscription, yet I do not receive the benefits that are supposed to come with the plan. Because the account is not recognizing my subscription correctly, I am also unable to access the support options needed to get assistance. This has been extremely frustrating because I paid for a full year in advance and cannot use the service I purchased. I am leaving this review in hopes that someone from the support team can investigate my account, verify my subscription status, and restore access to the Pro features. Please provide a way for me to contact support or have someone reach out regarding this issue. Thank you.

   Horrible!. I am requesting a refund for the subscription I purchased for today. I purchased the annual subscription, however, within 5 minutes of using the service, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience and led me to cancel the subscription. Additionally, the generator's voice did not match my actual voice at all, despite my attempts to use the provided tools as intended, because the product was not functioning as I expected and did not meet my needs. The photos turned videos were unbecoming. I so wanted it to work! I quickly determined that it was not a service I would continue using. As a result, I canceled the subscription immediately after purchasing. Definitely read the fine print: they wanted me to keep the services until 2027, but that doesn't work for me. Like, why would I keep a service after canceling it five minutes later and continue paying an annual fee for a year early? Reaching out to expedite services and to get a FULL refund.

    Sad. Things that worked one week, don’t the next. Very unreliable! Doesn’t sync with desktop version well. Features in the app not available in desktop. No continuity. Support is terrible.

    Money racket. I have paid for both a weekly and a monthly subscription within two days. The app freezes features and asks for you to upgrade or buy more credits. I cancelled. 40 bucks down the drain. Like made 4 videos. Subscription is not worth it. Bad look guys.

    Requested Refund. Requested refund the same day because the yearly subscription was bought on accident. They denied the request. You cannot be serious! If you see the item was bought and then immediately cancelled you would see that it was an accident.

    Discrepancy in what they charge. One page says that 40 credits = 10 second clip using Seedance but they charged me 125 credits for a 4 second clip using Seedance.

    My biggest 2 regrets: signing up, and forgetting to unsubscribe before they hit me with next bill.. I get better results for free, unlimited, from Comfy UI running LTX2.3. This generated video that was supposed to be the person in the photo talking naturally behind a desk. The results look like EARLY ai. Lip sync? Decent. If more than the lips really moved other than a faint twitch it might be vaguely good. But he stayed ramrod stiff, hands and fingers never moved, it’s like a plastic mannequin had a talking face put on it. Tried other settings, other pictures… if you’re new to Ai and you’re like “wow, my picture is moving!” Ok yeah, it does that. If you want to use this to make “faceless” content where you have an Ai reading a script, prepare to have no followers. Anyone with a little bit of time and access to Claude to help set up comfy ui could figure out how to not have such basement-tier results. Much less the fact that if you use the web app and want to have API calls they’re not like the regular companies where when you subscribe, you can do that. Nope. Subscribe then pay a $10 fee on top of that because it’s the MINIMUM they accept to load your api wallet. My biggest two regrets: signing up, and forgetting to unsubscribe before they hit me with a full bill.

    So tired of lies. I joined under the impression that it was unlimited and you only get charged credits for premium items. I hit the cap within 24 hours and I was just warming up. I don’t mind even paying more for unlimited but I never liked counting credits. I have canceled 1 day in so if you are here for the same , I’ll save you some time. They billed me $29 for 1 day use. I will contact my Amex to dispute the charge if they don’t credit me.

    Not good. The creator plan makes it seem as though you can make unlimited videos, and that is not true. I made less than 10 videos and I’m already being told that I need to buy more tokens in order to make more videos. The videos aren’t great either. My avatar will be speaking and randomly touch her hair.. just weird glitchy things. There are definitely better AI options out there.

    I do not recommend. I do not recommend it. I signed up for a one-week plan to test it. By my third video, I was already out of credits. They told me to either pay for a full month or buy more credits. I paid for a month, made a few videos very few and then again they said I no longer had access to premium features and would need to purchase more credits. In short, I don’t recommend it because you can’t fully use all the features even when you pay for a month. You might be able to use them once or twice, depending on what you’re doing.

    30 Dollars for a Paperweight Zero Flexibility and Predatory Limits. I am officially done with HeyGen. I signed up for the $30/month Creator plan to move forward with a professional film pitch, but the experience has been a total disaster. First, the value is non-existent. I managed to get fewer than 20 short generations before hitting a credit wall. For a thirty-dollar monthly fee, that is an insulting amount of output. They heavily market 'unlimited' features, but anything actually usable (like high-fidelity avatars or premium motion) drains your tiny credit bucket instantly. To make matters worse, when I tried to resolve the issue, I was told that upgrades and credit add-ons are 'not available in my area.' How can a global AI platform take my money for a subscription but then claim regional restrictions when I need to actually use the service I’m paying for? They have essentially bricked my account for the rest of the month with no path forward. If you are a serious creator or a student on a deadline, stay far away. This isn't a tool, it's a dead end. I’ll be taking my workflow to D-ID or ElevenLabs where they actually value their customers' time and regional access. Total waste of money.

    Deceptive. They tell you the paid plan is unlimited but you will run out after generating few videos and they want you to buy more credits. I’d give less than 1 star if i could. Wasted money

    Not good for voice cloning and expencive. I’m honestly disappointed with this app. There are other AI apps out there with similar technology that are much more affordable. All I needed was simple voice cloning, but this platform is charging $99 per month which is way too expensive for basic translation and using my own voice.
