   SCAM!!!. Do not download the app for weeks I’ve been having issues with the app telling me to subscribe when I subscribed via App Store. Apple has denied my claims & Bartleby has too their chat support tells me to reach out to Apple. They both keep giving me circular reasoning & no refund. I even provided evidence for this occurrence. I will never use this app again because this is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!!!!

   DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. This is definitely the WORST app I’ve ever use if you look for a question it’s either a black, screen not there or it will be the incorrect answer answered by the AI what ever you don’t get this app TRUST BRAINLY OR GAUTH MATH DONT GET THIS TERRIBLE APP.

   Predatory reliance on cancellation. Even Chegg sends you an email once in awhile reminding you that you actually have a subscription. Not Bartelby. They go into deep silence after one welcome message and charge you every month regardless of use. No reminders, no tips, just credit card charges. Evil.

   it wouldn’t let me make an account. I downloaded the app and I tried either signing in with my Google account or make a new account and it just wouldn’t let me pass the screen that was asking me to use my Google or just create an account. It would either load and I will take me back to the same old screen and I even tried like uninstalling it and reinstalling it afterwards and it didn’t do anything but do the same thing over and over again so it made me mad so I just deleted it this app is not worth your time if it’s gonna just do all that.

    Wrong Answers. The answers were wrong to multiple questions. As soon as I realized that, I requested a refund which was denied. The only thing I could do is cancel my service and not be charged next month.

    DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I used to work at a college bookstore where we sold this. I never used it while I had a free subscription and I hate that I spent money to use it now. I have tried to get help with three separate statistic questions now - something they advertise they can help you with - and every time it has rejected the questions. WASTE OF MONEY! Just go ahead and spend the extra couple dollars to get Chegg because this service will not help you

I was trying to help my son on his homework and didn’t understand the question because I barely graduated college and majored in English, so if that doesn’t explain it i dont know what will. Anyway I scanned the problem and it gave me the conversation rate of the number 27 NOT the answer to the word problem. This app is misleading and a scam.     the worst. it was a great app BUT when I try to renew it, wasn’t working and plus when it paid for it it only gave me 3 QUESTIONS not 30 when it took money out for 9.99. Plus they take so long to answer and sometimes it’s wrong and u wasted a whole question on a wrong answer !!!

    Awful password requirements 😡. The password requirements are so stupid because I tried to create an account while signing in and it asked my to put a password in with 6 characters, including 1 capital letter and 1 number then while I did that, nothing worked and it kept on telling me to try again and that is why this app so messed up with requirements. THIS APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED WITH THE PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS and to make understandable

    Not so very good. When I opened the app I was trying to use every option to have a account, it doesn’t do anything and it wouldn’t let me have a account or anything that is in the app but it completely ignores.

    Scammers. Was offered a 90 day free trial at my University bookstore and told I would not be charged unless I went online and activated the account. I was charged immediately, and because I had no account had no way of canceling the “subscription.” Every month for 2 years I have been forced to dispute the charges through my bank.

    KEPT CHARGING AFTER DELETING ACCOUNT. WARNING! DO NOT download this app! After you get a subscription from these people, they will keep charging your card even after you deleted your account + the app! I can’t file a complaint about this issue due to the fact I’ve deleted my account so now I have to run to the bank and deal with this situation another way. How is it possible for an app to keep charging after your canaceld the subscription and your account? I have no idea. But this app would for sure make it possible. They also will charge 25-30$ twice a month which isn’t close to what their subscription offers at all! They will steal your money! Extremely disappointing.
