   They will continue to charge you LONG after cancellation. I cancelled within the 7 day period and have been charged monthly ever since. I also cancelled subscription in my iCloud account.

   Camera feature. The camera feature in the app is not allowing pictures. Yes, I had deleted the app and accepted “camera access” a few times. Still no success. Please fix this feature. It does work properly on my iPad it for the last wk I have not been able to use it on my phone. It’s pretty frustrating having paid for the subscription I’m getting half the service.

    Lower level AI. use chat gpt or literally anything else with a premium plan, this app isn't free, you have to buy the premium plan to use it. with that being said you should pay for an AI that has an accuracy of below 80%. i mean this app is very slow and stupid. i often find myself using chatgpt after solvo because solvo cant grasp what im asking it. also you cant respond to the ai, only sending pics and you cant tell it its wrong DONT DOWNLOAD DONT PAY USE CHAT GPT

    Not the best app. So I open the app for the first time and I have only TWO chances to answer a question?! Like what if someone had 5 pages to do in math and you answer TWO of them, like that is pure stupidness. Like can I please do my homework in peace. I can't believe it. I recommend you don't use this app.

    Took my money and stopped working. Absolutely awful. Worked great when I was doing the trial but the second I put money into it completely stopped working. Every time I open the app and try to use it on my FIRST attempt of the day it tells me I need to buy more daily uses even though I haven’t used it that day. Apple didn’t refund me for a yearly subscription and the Solvo support team has been awful, haven’t read my previous emails with their team, isn’t being very cooperative and hasn’t given any solutions at all and currently they haven’t responded for 5 days now. DO NOT give these guys your money you’re better off with another Ai helper app.

    TERRIBLE.. Paid a yearly subscription $40! And it only lets you answer a few questions before charging you AGAIN to continue more. Terrible app. Not worth time and money. I’ll have to keep using it to get my yearly subscription use. After that, I’m deleting it and never coming back.

    Garbage. The app works decent but it crashes, you have to pay weekly which is already crazy and it stopped working during an assignment because they want to scam you for more money like you could be a bot and ask too many questions, but it’s never too many if you’re willing to pay another 6$ that day for 10 more questions

    Would give 0 stars if I could!. I used this app a few months ago and it was perfect! Went to try and use it again and it refuses to scan unless I buy more scans. I pay for the premium membership! I tried to email support as the app says, waited 3 weeks with no response. It tells me that I’ve scanned too much and to come back tomorrow for more scans, but I haven’t scanned in months. Very disappointing because I really enjoyed this app. Do NOT waste your money, I won’t anymore.
