May be a scam?. The product itself is alright, no better than ChatGPT but months after I cancelled it they started recharging my card without my knowledge and I’ve still yet to hear back from the support team. I would be extremely concerned about giving them your payment information!

Terrible GPT wrapper. All it is is a chatGPT wrapper, and it doesn’t even do that right. It is so slow that it’s actually faster to just manually upload a picture to ChatGPT (which is free). So slow and only works half the time. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Freezing my phone. For the past three weeks it's been working then with no warning it freezes my phone and doesn't let me do anything! It is quite annoying when I have quizzes and tests that I need done that day.

New update. The new update is absolutely horrible I don’t even know where the answer is to the question is, the old update was so efficient effective and accurate and nothing about this new update seems to be good, it takes so much longer to finally get an answer.

Update Decline. The app was very good with it’s AI technology until this recent update. The technology gives very vague answers to questions or majority of the time will not give an answer at all. I have revoked my subscription because of this new update. Bring back the old way, it was significantly better. Also the app can’t provide multiple answers like it used to.

Update has completely changed the app for the worse. I used this app for a year and it was great until a recent update. It’s now like the free ai apps. It no longer will answer multiple questions at once. It now gives u multiple answers to one question. It’s no good. Cancelled my subscription due to the new update

Bad customer service.. So I wanted to use photosolve on my extension and I subscribed to the pro because why not then I tried to put photosolve pro on my google extension and it’s asking for a key and I can’t find it so I joined photosolves discord asking for help. They then just proceeded to ignore me and have not responded to my issue. I sent proof that my email is the one with photosolve pro but again they ignore. Please fix this issue or I will just end up unsubscribing and it’s a bummer because I really like this app.

Doesn’t give the right answer. I gave it a math question to see if it would work and it couldn’t even distinguish what it was. The question was only 9th grade. Very disappointed.

Don’t waste your time. PhotoSolve is good, if you are willing to spend money. What I mean by this is the app states to give you 5 free pictures a day, yet after taking 5 it won’t grant u access back ever again, Meaning you are forced to pay. If you aren’t willing to spend money , don’t install.
