If I could give it a ZERO STAR I would. Do NOT get this app. The help support is useless and doesn’t actually help. I canceled my account months ago and no longer even have access to it, yet I was still charged. When I try to log in now, it tries to force me to pay $40 again even though I was just charged. And the $40 should last a year (Nov 2026). There’s no clear way to fix it, no real customer support, and the app just keeps looping me back to the payment screen. Extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. I got the app Nov 2024 then canceled my subscription in Jan 2025. I was charged again in Nov 2025 after it was already canceled. I asked for a refund, which I should be provided, and they are not giving it

Barely works and steals your money. The scanner gets the question wrong too frequently, it’s really slow and freezes a lot, gives inconsistent and unclear answers, doesn’t explain solving steps fully before it gets cut off, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, it’s a scam you can’t cancel your subscription once you purchase it and it will drain your card and steal your money forever until you die

Predatory Business Model. I am writing to formally demand the immediate cancellation of my account and subscription with your service, AnswersAi. For over two weeks, I have made repeated and good-faith efforts to cancel my account by following the instructions provided on your website. These instructions have proven vague, misleading, or altogether ineffective. I have sent multiple emails and attempted to call the number listed for your company, only to find it nonfunctional or unanswered. This lack of transparency and accessibility is unacceptable. Your failure to provide a clear and working method for cancellation, as well as your unresponsiveness to direct communication, reflects a negligent and possibly predatory business practice. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and see no other option than to escalate this issue formally. If my account is not cancelled and confirmation sent to me by July 1, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action and report this issue to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. This serves as a final written notice. I expect prompt and documented resolution of this matter.

Data mining scam. Refuses to let use the app without providing a phone number, even after giving the option to use a email address. Why they need my phone for, to track my data?. This is not a messaging program like whatsapp that relies on the relationship of the app to a specific phone number. Deleting immediately.

Bought subscription. Well long story short bought subscription then is kept asking me to buy a new one I had paid for the 6 month plan at almost 80 dollars.
