   Poor Communication. I first purchased the “Pro” version in the spring of ‘25. Was incredible! Very pleased. However, upon renewing my subscription in the spring of ‘26 I noticed the mobile app wasn’t recognizing my sub. Didn’t have any of my uploads or other docs saved. I reached out to the team on the 28th of April and as of today, I’ve yet to hear back. It’s been an entire month and I haven’t been able to access any of the project I’ve created over the last year. Be mindful of that if you’re wanting to download and utilize this once incredible platform.

   Didn’t receive subscription. Don’t buy subscription. If you want to get this DONT. IT DOES NOT I REPEAT NOT WORK. I tried subscribing to this on Christmas Day and I still haven’t received the subscription status I paid for.

   Don’t Buy It. when i used the app, sure it worked and it wasn’t too bad. i only bought it for finals week and was planning on canceling my subscription right after, which i did. it was pretty confusing figuring out how to cancel the subscription but when i finally figured it out i figured that was that and deleted my account. but i JUST found out that i’ve been making monthly payments to this website even though i haven’t even touched it and despite the fact that my account shouldn’t even exist anymore after confirming its deletion. currently trying to find another way to cancel before the next payment in a few days.

   Stealing my money. I canceled my Atlas account because I no longer needed it, I specifically remember because I had to download the app in order to cancel it on my phone. They have been charging me weekly for months without me knowing. The website worked fine otherwise. I opened the app and am trying to log in but it just loads continuously, even after I refreshed the app. It’s so difficult to cancel the subscription!

   I hate atlas !!!!. First it said it is free it is not !!!!! Plus u ask a question it takes a lot of time and then sends : I'm not able to respond at the moment. Please try again later.* like whyyyy?!¿¡ all i am going to tell u is don’t download itt!!!! I was going to rate it 0 starts but to write a review i have to at least put 1 star

    IS THIS A SCAM???. I’ve paid for the whole year online, they sent me the invoice, proof of payment! But I have not received any other email explaining how I can log into this account!! when I log in with my email address the pro version is not possible, they are asking me to pay again!!! It’s been a whole week and I sent 3 emails with no answer at all’s!! I’m in Europe so I can’t call their customer service!! EITHER YOU GIVE ME ACCESS TO WHAT I PAID FOR OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!! I was looking forward to use this so bad, I’m just a student and this was a lot of money for me!! Please contact me asap!!

    error. the app was working great until i paid for the monthly subscription, as soon as the money left my account the app is glitching. everytime i ask the ai any question it replies with “i’m not able to respond at the moment”. tried using the web page, logging out & in, using a different device and found no solution. waste of money

    It was INCREDIBLE.. until they started charging!!. This was an incredible AI i was using EVERY single day and helped me so much through uni. But i’ve deleted my account as soon as I saw that I had to pay for basically everything. Ridiculous, but like all good tech, I guess you would have to pay for them eventually. This was an incredible piece of tech, but just unaffordable as a student. Please change this, it defeats the purpose of it being used for students!

    Scam.. I applaud the app and I did subscribe because it mentioned cancel anytime. They charge me over 100 I cancelled immediately when I asked the team they are saying ask App Store I do t recommend this app to anyone. I wish I can uploads the photos right here.

    Crashes. The free app crashes, I can’t even upload anything and then when I retry it it says it’s out of uploads until late evening the next day. Kind of a let down, this makes me not want to use this app at all, let alone go pro. Chat gpt is the only one of these AI study tools that consistently work, and atleast you have more upload opportunities with their free version.

    Scam. Be very careful and do not make any in app purchases, they took my money of $19.99 and I did not receive pro version. They say there is nothing they can do about it so be careful,!

    Not Worth The $. I’ve had Atlas: AI for a week now and my overall opinion is it’s not worth the money. It’s essentially an unfinished product at a finished products price point. I’ve messed with the test making feature a lot, the AI is smart enough to make tests that are relevant to your topics. However there are no options on how you want the test formatted, it’s always multiple choice. I’ve tried to play with the notes and study guide options but did not like them as much. My number one problem is the ability to organize, you can make folders and then add “spaces” to them, however you cannot rearrange these spaces. If you accidentally delete a space there’s no way to get it back. I’ve also encountered some bugs where I’ve gotten a “unable to create space” message even though I paid for the upgraded version. Not thrilled with my experience given the price point.

    App needs some tweaking. I can use atlas premium on my computer with no problem. But for some reason it only shows the loading screen on the app version for me. It’s a bummer because I want to study on my phone but I can’t.

    Doesn't connect to Canvas. Works great but its false advertising when it says it'll automatically add your resources for canvas. It adds some classes alongside old classes you aren't enrolled in.

    Differences in pc vs phone. Data doesn’t sync my questions i made in pc over to the iphone. I like making it on the pc as it’s easier to do and was hoping to do the quizzes on the phone. Problem is, the quizzes i made in pc does not get sync over to phone so i have to remake it. It copies my uploads just fine but when it comes to quizzes it doesn’t replicate it back to the phone.

    Not working. For the amount the app costs pretty disappointed with the fact the app it self doesn’t work on any of my devices I use the internet access and still have great difficulties loading and files to it it’s handy in the way it operates for my ADHD but the fluidity of function is sub par as every day it varies and even after paying I still get random messages and blurbs about not being able to upload photos this app has lots of potential if it was actually compatible for what it’s suppose to do

    needs ipad support. the app is great, but please add ipad support. also i wish that you could name your knowledge whatever you want. I uploaded a textbook that apparently someone else has uploaded before and it gave my file the name of their file which was horrible. E.g. I upload Collins Physics Textbook, and then it gets renamed to ‘%%physics£(#(&(‘ or something like that because another atlas user named it that before. It gets hard when i have to refer to a source and then have to find it through this annoying naming system.

    Buggy. I have used this app for awhile- it has worked great, but recently I deleted my account and quickly realized I needed it for one more request. Now, when I open the app, it just shows a black screen with a white loading circle. I have tried to re-download the app, using different internet, a vpn, etc., but it does not matter. I cannot get into the app. It is unusable.

    I love this app. It’s been so helpful, I’ve had it for about 3 months now and it’s made my life so much easier.studying is on a different level now, and since all the resources are from my class and sources I trust there’s nothing to worry about. It’s a newer app so of course it still needs some work, I get error messages here and there, and some problems, but nothing horrible. It’s a great app overall. I think a feature where it can read out the notes or even a feature like google notebook where it can talk back to us while studying would be amazing.
