   Awful. I paid 15$ for subscription to make a short video, I wrote a script for the video, it made this video from 7 slides for 5 sec each slide, the text that I put in the script the program messed it up and made it unreadable, after all 7 slides was ready I had no more credits to do anything else. This video that it made is useless and waste of the time and money. I want a refund.

   Misleading - credits stolen. Tried the app. Asked for it to do a render in 2D it said was possible. Render was incorrect and a caused an error in the software. Reported issue, was told too bad. Don’t waste money on this garbage, plenty of better apps do this and don’t rake you over the coals for credits. Cancelled my account.

   scammed. this app promises me free generations after it messes up my prompts twice, and then charges me AGAIN. it's done this 3 times and i've wasted 1200 ($12 in credits) trying to get it to make one video even semi-properly. horrible first impression, i'm done with this app. i recommend looking for literally any other ai app

   What it does is…... It made a good video from a script but it cost way too much and I had to buy multiple thousands of credits at $10 per 1000 credits. It messed up on the script in the video multiple times and each time I had make a new video. So while it’s good it messes up too much and then still charges credits.

   Feel cheated. This app continuously distort my videos and apologizes for doing it, but yet keeps charging me for the unusable videos.

   App terrible, customer service worse. I’ve tried using this so many times now and even paid for credits. I understand AI isn’t perfect and a lot depends on your prompt but it just doesn’t do what you ask. Example: Me: I want a man on a stage, completely dark, you can barely make him out. No audience Runway: here’s a man on a stage in the sun, huge audience with fireworks! Then you go to customer service to get your credits back and their policy is as long as the app makes a video, no refunds. If the video isn’t what you asked for it was probably your prompt. An absolute joke of a policy! Stand by your work. If it messes up it messes up!

   Too expensive. Way too expensive for what it does. Every edit costs credits and after 20 edits to try to get what you want, your month is done.

   Scam rip off don’t download. You pay 15 dollars for a “subscription” to which you start to enter your prompts and try to work on a story board, by the time this clunky app comes to terms with your idea all your credits are gone. It failed to generate video multiple times. I feel dooped, what a disgusting waste of $15. Legit feel taken advantage of. Largest rip off I’ve experienced to date.

    deception. One generation consumed about 560 credits out of my 625 monthly credits. The result did not perform the requested action and only slightly moved the camera. Could you explain why this generation cost so many credits?

    I keep getting this unexpected error message. I can’t get into my account since this message is blocking it (Unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.). It was good in some ways but now, it’s completely useless.

    Garbage— used all my credits for one 10 second video. I paid $15 for a month trial and I made a little short 10 second video which I did not like and was not impressed with so I went to try to make a second video and it said I was already out of credits and that my credits would renew in one month. What a joke. They should make it more clear how many credits a video is going to cost you

You pay for the monthly plan thinking you’ll be able to actually use the app, but then it still makes you buy credits to keep generating. So it’s not really one price — it’s a subscription plus more charges just to use the main features. Feels like a credit trap, and people should know that before signing up.

    Really expensive. I had to buy 3000 credits in a span of 1 hour because the app wasn't producing the entire 17 second video. Turns out it can only do 15 second clips. Opened a ticket and got ignored. Definitely do not recommend this app.

    Trash. Do not use this app. I spent 6 hours the app created 14 scenes correct then started creating scenes I did not ask For. I uploaded images they created different images, I’m Giving - star and it’s staying 5 Go Trash do not use this app

    Biggest SCAM. This app is the biggest scam, you need to subscribe to a paid plan even if you had a lot of credits to generate videos. The AI makes the same mistake over and over again even when you tell it specifically to remove certain stuff it keeps adding it. This app is beyond frustration and waste of time and money. Imagine paying for the AI to keep repeating same mistakes. Seriously just avoid this app.

    Deceptive!. Not only do you have to pay a subscription, but you also have to pay to get tokens to generate content. You don’t know how many tokens a request is using up. I couldn’t even generate one video or do one request with the included tokens.

    Waste of my money. It absolutely did not do what I needed. Not only did I purchase a monthly fee, but then it made me purchase credits to do anything and it did it all wrong. It was a big waste of money.

    Error and charges. The app promise is over and over again that it will not charge you for correcting its errors, but it took $35 from me so clearly it lies. And is very predatory.

    Shouldn’t be in the store.. It’s pretty but functionally unsound. This app seemed promising, however immediately sucked up all credits for one iteration, got the iteration incorrect. Told me It failed and acknowledged it hadn’t follow my prompts and then guided me to support to get a refund. However support and contact links are horribly mismanaged and the ui, ux for this app total garbage. If the developers of this app would like to consider creating a better method of communication instead of creating ai coded and generated slop, I recommend they do homework. Don’t get this app. It’s utter trash. Pay for another ml. I took a leap of faith hoping to find something new, but this product is not yet ready for production level. If you are using your customers to work the model, make the model free until it’s 199% ready for consumers, as the customers themselves are providing learning for it.

    Deceptive, fraudulent. They force you to subscribe, then AFTER YOU PAY THEM they tell you you don’t have any credits and have to pay them again! A huge scam. Write this company as many negative reviews as possible. Talk about them in Reddit. They are the scum of the business world, everything that is wrong with America can be summed up by this company’s actions. I’m reporting them to Apple in parallel regarding their defective business practices and weak security protocols. Delete the app and let’s work together to bankrupt them!

    Not Accurate Uses up your credits. I was very specific and posted the scene prompts. I served up pictures for AI and it came back with another couple. The song was very intimate and the system ate all my credits. Moving on to the next program. Sorry Runway I tried and you stole my money.
