   What’s wrong?. I've been trying to use this app for two days now. I'm a Premium user, but it won't let me do anything. The prompt gets stuck and freezes. I've restarted it, but nothing works.

   Active subscription not recognized. I can log into my account just fine, but the app suddenly shows me on a free plan even though my subscription hasn’t expired yet. I lost access to features I already paid for. There’s also no clear way to contact support to fix this issue. This is very frustrating because it’s a billing-related problem and there should be a reliable way to resolve it. Please fix this.

    SAVE YOUR MONEY. Terrible app. I pay 30 DOLLARS A MONTH to try this. After you pay and generate a bunch of images (which is what you’re paying for), it says you’ve used your credits and bumps you to a slow queue, which sometimes takes several minutes to begin. And sometimes it says the slow queue is full, try again later. For 39 BUCKS A MONTH. Seriously, DO NOT PURCHASE. Free plan is just as good because they rip off their paid subscribers.

    Do not pay for this.. The AI generator CANNOT take simple direction. I even paid for the upgraded plan. Also there is no help (even when you pay) unless you want to join a discord. The biggest waste of money. But on the bright side, the image the free version created was incredibly better than the paid version. So again, do not waste your money.

    bad. i would give you a zero but that’s not possible so i give you a one.. absolutely bogus. the app itself had some potential somewhere out there, i simply can’t find it myself but the app itself was just bad. unless you’re one of those facebook adults who use ai to show “jesus” in the image if you squint or beleueve anything this app is not fun nor helpful whatsoever.

    Perfect until you pay. It works so well until you run out of free credits, pay for a subscription, and continue generating. Then it becomes impossible to get a word spelled correctly.

    Terrible programming. The app is so riddled with bugs it’s frustrating to use, every time they update they change the whole way the app works and add more bugs to the mix. The filter on the generator is terrible as well blocks so many results for no reason. I’ll make an image just fine, change one minor detail like a colour and suddenly it refuses to generate. While the pro subscription may seem like value compared to other generators the frustration and failed results more than cancel it out.

    Awful after update. I’m a paid subscriber. This app was great before last update. What’s up with the prompts and image quality now. With SO many app choices, I feel like you should be working quickly to rectify issues. Please change back to how it was pre-update. I’m two seconds from cancelling. So frustrating to use now.

    Fix The App Please. I’ve been enjoying the app. I picked a paid plan not long after I learned how to use some of the features. I went on my internet browser and updated my payment method. The card was charged and now when I try to use the app from my iPhone or computer it’s telling me I don’t have a paid plan. I’ve sent an email with a screenshot of the payment being made. Please fix this.

    Can’t use app with VPN. I pay for the app & it will not let me use it because it is constantly stuck in a Cloudflare verify pop up(figure out issue below). The pop up won’t allow me to do anything, even cancel my membership so I feel like they are just ripping me off. It was working fine but the past week I’ve been locked behind the verify pop up almost the entire time trying to use it. I figured out the issue was that I use a VPN and for some reason the app kept getting stuck in a verification loop
