   Apps need to stop this!. Okay so it prompts you to buy before you try, and a free 3 days to give your credit card and hope you forget to cancel is BS. No one in this world likes seeing that and no one wants to watch 1 minute of ads to enhance the photo and 1 minute of ads to download a photo. Sorry deleting.

   Makes it hard to cancel. I did not purchase directly through the App Store but they make it very very difficult to cancel. Eventually had to get my financial institution invoked. Ridiculous practice. To not trust them

   Unreliable. The image enhancement feature on PhotoApp has become unreliable. It has been unavailable for most of today (i.e., several hours). It is the primary feature I use and without it, the app is useless to me.

   Terrible experience with subscription cancellation. I spent a long time sending emails requesting to cancel my subscription, and I never received a proper solution nor was my request processed. When they finally responded, they sent incorrect instructions that don’t work from the mobile app, which made the whole process even more frustrating. I had to search online on my own until I finally found, after quite some time, the actual way to cancel, because the option is practically hidden. On top of that, I was charged for almost a full year without even being able to use the app, since it didn’t work for me from the beginning. So I can’t comment on the service itself, but I can definitely speak about the customer support, which is very poor. It honestly feels like they intentionally make the cancellation process difficult so users keep getting charged. I do not recommend it at all.

   I paid for this over a year ago. I already purchased this over a year ago and now it’s not even showing that I have purchased it and I’m getting flooded with ridiculous ads in the program is not working properly like it used to not that it was ever great but it was certainly better than what I’m seeing now. What have you done? I demand my money back.

    Distortion. When trying to enhance old photos with multiple faces, most of the faces get weirdly distorted, and if there’s one face in the photo, the hair or some other feature is distorted.

    Awful. Takes too long to upload and worse if you try it a few times to see if it’s worth it, it locks you out. Pretty dull. Will spend the money for a good one.

    Lied about free trial. Downloaded the app and accepted the “free trial”. Was immediately charged for a FULL YEAR. When I requested a refund was denied and told final answer even with proof I am in the right. Very unprofessional and a total scam. Not the end of this this for me...

    Nightmare to Cancel. This app is basically impossible to cancel if you sign up with your email. Avoid at all cost or you’ll be paying weekly until you cancel your card.

    Zero stars. Terrible colorizing & rip off. First I wanted to test it for free for one week. And they charged me. The colorizing feature is atrocious. Everyone’s skin came out pink!!! Do not download this scammy app.

    Won't let me contact support!!!. Hi, i had issues with the app crashing on me after i signed up. I cancelled the subscription within a few minutes of downloading it, but i do not see a refund being processed. With it crashing it may have created more than 2 videos of me aging. However, if you look at them its all of me & the same 4 pictures. I do not believe i should be charged for this service, please refund me. Thank you. .... i tried filling out your online support form & the "send message" button would not work. All other hyperlinks on the page and other pages worked except for this one to actually send the message.

    Used free 3 day Trial. Used the trial before I decided to buy. It didn’t unblur my photo at all. Didn’t even enhance it. I just took the photo on my Apple 14 Pro Max yesterday. Not worth the money if the app doesn’t do what it says it will do.

    Wtf was that. Had me upload 5 pics and then it came up with this bizarre movie of "me" aging and it didn't even look remotely close to me. It regressed me to some imaginary cartoon child and then even the present me was just some random ai not even based off my photo. Lame.
