   Unstoppable 60 second ads prevent use. Can barely load the feature, and if it does, then it forces an insanely long ad to save, and the ad ends and it will not X out no matter what you do. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, nothing. This app is literally broken because they insist on uselessly long glitchy ads at every single step. Pathetic

   How do I use this with no instructions?. I purchase this app 3 days ago. There are no instructions or help videos to explain how to use it? I cannot figure out to do anything & no one will answer my email request for help or to direct me to instructions to learn. I’m going to have to cancel before the 7 day trial expires without even seeing it work!

    Where’s Customer Support?. I tried contacting the team behind Vivid through their "customer support (contact us)" but I've been well ghosted. Looking at their website provided some (little information) context towards other means of contact. They linked three social medias: tiktok, facebook, and instagram to which not a single account exists via said links or in general search. I initially requested a refund as the actual app didn’t seem unique or authentic as a non-stereotype AI Photo editor/enhancer (maybe future developments will change my perspective). Most importantly as well, I never intended or wanted a YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION for said product - I canceled well after my free trial deciding that in my own time I would come back to Vivid when there were more features or something that separates it from the majority of other “paid” available apps of its similarities. Instead I feel like my money was stolen and, icing on the cake, contact us? Contact WHO?

    Do not Download. This app is awful at doing what it advertises itself as, my photos were not made less blurry, just slightly more colorful. I still can’t seem to figure out how to cancel my subscription, so the app is going to start stealing money from me soon. Waste of time, do not download this app.

    Terrible!. I uploaded a family photo, did the enhancer, and no one looks like their own face!! It’s like I have a creepy family photo with people I don’t even know! I deleted this app right away. $29.99/year!? Seriously? It would’ve been great if we actually looked like ourselves once it was done.

    How to i use this app.. Are there any instructions anywhere on this App. I have a blurry photo I want to unblur. Figured it out! This App completely destroyed the integrity off the photo. Rather see it blurred than grotesquely distorted.

    Total misrepresentation…VIVID is too difficult and only a teaser for what you have to do to use it. Worthless and too invasive…will not let you select the photos you want to work with…nope…it’s give access to all photos…invasion of privacy
