WARNING: Charged $74.19 for a canceled free trial! Total scam!. Do not trust this app! My son signed up for the annual plan to use the advertised 3-day free trial and canceled the subscription on the EXACT SAME DAY (June 1st). Despite the immediate cancellation, they illegally charged my card the full annual fee of $74.19! Apple support told me to contact the developer, but they are completely ignoring my emails. This is a deceptive billing practice and an absolute scam. Give me my money back immediately! Order ID: MKS0DL99F0.

Scam. This is a scam and needs to be removed from the App Store. And not only is it a scam, which you can easily tell by the missing A in between the letters P and Z, trying to full any user into thinking this is actually topaz software, the results are dismal. They literally blurry your pictures to make them look even worse than the originals, and I am a surprised that I myself did not notice the discrepancy in the title of the app before I even tried it. Do yourself a favor and go search for Gigapixel AI if you are looking to truly upscale your images and do not under any circumstances, download this app. I hope this helps.

SCAM. This is a fake AI app. Doesn’t work at all and it’s not original Topaz AI. I don’t know why apple would allow such an insulting and misleading app on their platform. It’s garbage and i want my money returned. A simple chatgpt on free version prompt works a lot better than this.

Terrible. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.. I have never given a one star review this is a first. You pay a $9.99/week subscription which theoretically sounds great. However, you need to purchase coins additionally to do video conversions. If you convert a couple of videos, you’ll most likely end up spending more than $40. Save yourself some time and DO NOT PURCHASE.

Rip off. After I paid for the weekly premium the app makes you use coins to edit videos or pictures. When they run out you have to buy more just to keep using. You don’t get what you pay for. Rip off

Absolutely not worth it. Terrible app. Feels clunky and gives you zero control. Not only do you have to buy access to the app but you also have to buy tokens to use it. Results are negligible at best. You can get better results with the built in iPhone editing software. This is trash and there’s a reason they don’t let you test it before buying tokens. Don’t fall for this scam.

This app is trash. Tried to remove blur from 2 pictures and the before and after were the same. Absolutely no noticeable improvement whatsoever. No free trial option either. I guess it would make sense since no one would ever purchase after free trial. I’ll be contacting Apple for a refund. Don’t waste your time or money. This app isn’t worthy of being listed in Apple’s App Store.

LOOK CAREFUL AT WHAT YOU’RE PURCHASING. Bought this by mistake, was looking for TOPAZ, THIS IS NOT TOPAZ, and they will NOT issue you a refund if you accidentally purchase and request a refund within minutes, you are still on the hook. This is intentionally deceptive consumerism and bad behavior in the app marketplace. Shame on the developer and the distributer.

Definitely a Scam. There’s a review on here that says exactly what happened to me. When I requested a refund they said it didn’t qualify for one. I asked for a review and they said the decision was final. I didn’t even get to USE the app because it kept timing out. You have to buy credits to edit anything. Please save your money and don’t end up like the two of us. The crazy part is that I would have taken the refund and paid for the desktop app/version. VERY disappointed.

Pay upfront. Sometimes these apps features aren’t as great as advertised so I like ones like video leap that let you use them with limited features until you pay, this one stone walls you until you subscribe so you don’t even know what your getting

What total BS. I downloaded this app because chat GPT said it was good at resorting photos. I had one from my military service that I really wanted and paid a years subscription. The restoration was an abomination. Not even close. DO NOT BUY!

SCAM. This app never offered a 7-day or any other free trial, so you can’t try it before buying it. If you’re like me and desperately need an app to enhance your photos for display, and you trust those apps, you’ll be disappointed. After purchasing it, you open the app with the hope that it will at least do some good things! But it doesn’t! The quality is terrible. It’s only good for very basic editing, and that’s it! It’s not good for kids over 5 because anyone over that age knows a lot more than this app offers! Come on! My $39 was wasted, keep yours safe

Your data could be stolen, app sends images to his servers. The app doesn’t state how the images are refined. They are NOT locally processed and are uploaded to the developer’s server. Within minutes of finding out that without a network connection it won’t process, I emailed the guy twice. No reply. I didn’t even use a single token that came with the app. And still Apple has declined to refund my money. Buyer beware, your sensitive data is his once you use this app.
