Not accurate. They never gets the plants right it picks the wrong plant. It just says the same thing for solutions over and over. I don’t know why I keep paying for this. It’s just AI slop.

Sketchy subscription. This app won’t tell you how much the app costs before you accept the terms for a free trial. Very sketchy. If you don’t cancel in time it will charge you for the amount that it didn’t tell you so who knows is it $10/yr or $100/yr. Use google for free it will be free and also give correct information.

Or worth anything. I wanted to give it a try. It offers nothing you can’t get for free just by putting a picture of the plant into google. I used it once and learned nothing new or useful and got my days wrong. When I went in today to cancel it had just given me a year’s subscription. Completely useless to me.

Be careful of fine print. The app does not offer much insight other than whats blatantly obvious. You can get pretty much the same info if you use google images for free. If you don’t cancel the free trial in time they will bill you for a year subscription. That gatcha business model tells you pretty much all you need to know about the product.

Not accurate. Misidentified 3 out of the 5 plants that I knew what they were and was testing. Its diagnosis was always water although it had a leave issue. ’ I’m canceling.

let me skip the intro. if i download this app, its because i want info now. let me skip ur intro where u waste 3 minutes of my time glazing ur app where all the features are locked by a payment. ps. if u have a sick plant u need to pay for their subscription service to identify the sickness. u can just ask reddit for free or google the symptoms. btw, Seek lets u identify plants for free. go download that instead of this app that was upvoted by bots.

Hard to cancel. Hard to cancel as in if you do it never confirms if you in fact did cancel. $40 is not what I’m willing to pay. You gotta dig deep to find options. Be upfront with all of the pricing options before you try. Thank you.

Diagnosing wrong. I looked at my two yuca plants in front of my house door, one looks green and healthy the other is yellowing and leaves looks sad , I have purchased this App because of this plant and the immediate diagnosis I got was - plant looks good and healthy Cancelling the application as I cannot trust it
