   Misidentified. I just bought these from a local fruit and vegetable grocery store. Your app is saying they’re toxic. It’s calling them white dome caps. And they are snow/seafood mushrooms.

   Bunny. The app did not recognize any of my mushrooms and I am not able to contact the company to get a refund because my subscription expired and I canceled it however I still have access to the app and I did not want to pay for the subscription so doesn’t expire until next year I didn’t even want it because it doesn’t even work and now there’s no way to contact them reimburse me

   Wrong!. The mushroom I wanted to identify is only found in Western Europe. Problem is, my mushroom was found in the US PNW.

   No Support Subscription. Downloaded this app and before I was able to delete it I was charge $29.99 they give you a subscription window and then tell you later you need to delete a day before your free version is over. There is absolutely no way to contact anyone regarding the app making customer support services impossible. The app is canceled but I’m stuck paying $29.99 for a year of not using the app. Don’t download this app if you’re not sure you want to keep it.

    Charged for free trial!?. I wanted to try this app out for free. I selected the seven day free trial. I cannot believe you people would have the audacity to charge me $17.84 for a FREE TRIAL! Absolutely unbelievable. I will be getting a refund. I will dispute the charge. That is absolutely ridiculous.

    Not user friendly. With the very first mushroom I tried to identify, I couldn’t tell which of the several possible matches, and when trying to narrow it down I accidentally selected one of them as the match to my picture and logged it. Then I couldn’t figure out how to go back and find the correct one

    No longer has free option. I use to use the free portion because I only looked at mushrooms that popped up on our property. I’m not paying for two or three pictures a few times a year.

    Don’t use this app, 👎👎👎. I don’t recommend this app, because if any problem you have, there is no customer service to reach, here is what they did to me, I cancelled my subscription on time and they still charged me for the next month and the problem was that when I tried to use the app it wasn’t working no more and this is why I reached out apple customer service and they told me that they can’t do anything but only helping me to request a refund and see, the thing is, they answer was always refund denied, so, because apple is part of on what happened to me like in other many times that I had problems with some apps, I will move to Samsung, anyway, Samsung have better camera than apple.

    Could not be identified. We saw this mushroom next to our campsite and I was very curious and when it was so I signed up for the seven day trial of mushroom identification, but after taking the necessary photos with a much larger size than it is, and couldn’t really give me a true photo that matchedmine. Very disappointing so I will be deleting this app.

    DOES NOT IDENTIFY EDIBLE OR NOT. In the past it had the opinion based on resources to see whether it was edible or not . that was REMOVED! so basically back on the forager to truly identify what this app should be doing! why identify and say it is something and give all this information but not give what other resources give, so basically it is just a catalog and nothing else. if your looking for that feature go elsewhere!!!!!

    Can’t try before you buy. You can’t even try a single identification without agreeing to a subscription. Sorry, no. UPDATE: Developers clarified that you *can* try it without purchasing a subscription. On the screen providing you with the two subscription options, there’s and extremely faint “cancel” button. Pretty shifty UI design there, guys.
