   Said FREE TRIAL but charged!. I opted for a free trial and then backed out but it asked again if I wanted the free trial. So, I did and it charged me $8.99. Really pisses me off bad and I want my money back.

   Don’t recommend.. I downloaded this app to identify a weed and was unsuccessful at identifying it. My intention was to give the app a second chance during the three day (very short) trial. I never used it again and was charged $8.99 twice totaling $19.62 including tax. Definitely was not worth this.

   Hoax. The ads for this app are a hoax. Says the ad: add coffee, add milk. You know what I got for my sick plant? Information about watering and sunshine. Really? Thanks for nothing. And when I reached out it was crickets. Update: A representative just responded to my review and apologized for the “confusion.” There’s nothing confusing about their advertisement. It’s clearly and knowingly misleading. Don’t fall for it. If I could take away the one star I would.

   Sketchy pricing. Watch your credit card! IMPOSSIBLE to UNSUBSCRIBE. I recently discovered that I have been charged $6.99 per week for over a year. When I signed up, I was offered the first month free. Then I thought it would be $6.99 per year. I have paid more than $425 for a little more than a year. Apple refunded some of the charges but now I can’t cancel the subscription and I keep getting weekly charges.

    How much does this actually cost?. Installed then deleted. The app says $1.nn dollars a day (over $365). The prices in the product description are totally unclear. What is up different weekly/yearly/lifetime prices with absolutely no explanation of the difference. I need to know the price for what I will get, and who on earth would pay $365+, or a lifetime. I'm 60 and I doubt you will be around for the rest of my life. Highly intelligent and utterly confused potential x-customer.

    It works one out of ten times. I find this app of absolutely no value. It never recognizes my plants and therefore can give me no diagnosis. Save your money and find another app that actually works.

    This app did not identify any of my plants!. I went through the entire house trying to identify every plant that we own. This app could not identify one. I change the lighting in each room, the position of the plant.…..nothing. I was really disappointed. Do not waste you money.

    Terrible app.. Do not purchase this app. Does not do what it claims to do. I was to wait two days for response and an obviously sick plant was well. Unbelievable. I want my money back!

    Ripoff $6.99/week. This app gives you three days free and then $6.99 per week, that’s right per week. I tried it and it could not even recognize our simple ficus tree. Be careful it is very difficult to cancel subscription.

    Use. I had to take 3 pictures before t recognized my Dropmore Scarlet Honeysuckle. Then I couldn’t find the part where it tells me what’s wrong with the plant. But most of all, the App Store says its free, but once installed they want to charge you weekly, monthly or annually. Classic bait and switch!

    Would have been a four if they didn’t make cancelling a trap. They lure you into a short trial promising you can cancel anytime but they trap you into a 19.99 fee to cancel with no other option to chose from. “Give us another chance” with no other option other than “continue” isn’t a chance, its a trap. Now they can pay the credit card fee to cancel the charge and get a bad review for irritating me.

    How do you cancel. I went through the steps in the app and it refers you to the App Store. There is no way to cancel through the App Store.
