   Forget this App - worthless scam. Paid $40 for this App - sent in a picture of a spider taken in the US - App misidentified the spider as a variety only found in Europe. Sent in an identical photo of the spider - now identified as a tick! I would like a full refund, as the App is useless

   Not good. Why would I pay to scan a single bug? This is a money-stealing app. Didn’t mention anything about paying either. You should at least give a single free scan before making us pay/free trial so we can see the actual app. Wouldn’t recommend.

   Save your money. This big identifier is a scam so save your money. The contact is Roman Iskandarov. For several months I have been trying to get on the site but continue to get the same message. The claim is they are upgrading the site to give better service and it should only take 5 or 10 minutes. Please try again. That was several months ago. There are other more reputable sites.

   Doesn’t Work. App did not work and kept telling me there were server issues every time I tried to launch it.

   Scam!. It said free trial & instantly billed my debit card $40! I had to dispute the fee with my bank because there is no way to contact them! They didn’t even get the bug right either! Total garbage do no use!

    I only bought this to write this review. Ok, this app is bad. I saw it on the App Store and was blown away by how their first picture explaining how the app worked was wrong. (I am an ant nerd) THEY CALLED A WEAVER ANT A FIRE ANT BRUHHHHHHHHHHHHHH they also called it poisonous but it’s actually venomous. It’s also stupid how it cost $30 for something that free apps do way better. Just don’t buy it. (Oh, and all the “Developer Responses” are just AI)

    always broken. Paid lots of money and all it can identify is bad servers on their end. …this is 3 weeks worth of trying btw …on cell AND gigabit line

    Pay to win nonsense. Of course this was advertised like it was free and easy to use. No free/beginner mode despite the fact that AI is used as free labor to actually identify an insect, you literally need to sign on for a subscription. Absolutely bogus

    It thought a beetle was a spider. Epic AI fail. Between getting a beetle confused with a spider and the price they want to charge as a subscription for AI that is that badly trained I would never pay for this service or trust its results.

    Crashes when try to use 8th time trying to review. I loved this app, the 1st 6 months . I bought the paid version . Today , I went to use it on my cell, it opens and then closes in one second. I tried deleting and reinstalling , signing out and in, and sending a message to the developer. Nothing has worked and nobody ever got back to me.This is 8th time trying to review, crashes

    Not get this app unless you have a lot of money. First of all, it’s $$40 a year do you have to pay ship subscription to use the pro bug identifier and you have to use the subscription for assistance

    I don’t have a picture of the insect. I only have a picture of my Bite on my arm.. Your app didn’t help me because I don’t have the insect to take a picture

    Not free, you have to pay for anything. This is the most deceptive app I have seen, it is free and offering a subscription, I thought this was a premium but little did I know to see ANY results you have to sign up for a subscription. This is the classic definition of a bait and switch with deceptive practices. Do not download, go to google and just describe the creature instead. Doesn’t cost you a month or yearly subscription.

    Wouldn’t let me. Wouldn’t let me identify the giant cockroach men who keep smashing through my windows and stealing my beloved organs! They might not actually be cockroaches because bullets work on them. But these things? No way. Bullets just fly off their carapaces and make them angry! Weirdly enough, they seem concerned for my health, saying stuff like “take your meds!” Or “You need to calm down!” Anyway, I wish I could rate this 0 stars because I’m not dropping 40 bones they’re stealing those too on this app just to find out the spider in the corner is named Cletus Dillburger I already know she’s poisonous and bites dudes heads off.

    I had great hopes.. I open the app and nothing happens at all. Then it offers me the option to rate it. Sadly, I couldn’t rate it at zero. I had to give it at least one star.
