   Just use copilot. Most of my attempted plant identifications come back with nothing. Not to mention I have an issue recovering my account every time there’s a big update. I’ve lost all my saved plants multiple times.

   Doesnt work. The trial was confusing and it signed me up for something I did not want. When I tried to open the app it said it was down for maintenance. I do not want to be subscribed to anything that does not work when I downloaded. Please remove me and do not charge me for an app that did not work

    This is not a good company. I signed up for this app and then it was giving me the wrong information on the plants I have. I signed up to remind me before the trial period was going to end. I was never notified. So then they charged me for the next month. I went into my account immediately and cancelled my subscription. My account at the top of the page asked restore purchase? I went into my account and sent them a message requesting my refund before it cleared my bank. So in plenty of time! No one returned my message and I wasn’t refunded my money!! I am still waiting. Be very wary of this app!!!!! They scam you out of your money!!! I am pretty sure I will be fighting this for awhile!!!😡😡😡

    Disappointed. I thought this app would be a game changer. It hasn’t met one expectation. The app doesn’t properly identify plants. Did a few test runs and the app was 0/10. Waste of money.

    Good luck canceling. I canceled this subscription in April 2026 through Apple under manage subscriptions. I was then charged $24.99 by Plant App on May 19, 2026. I did not authorize this! I canceled!

    Rip Off. The trial subscription misled automatic pricing renewals. I did not notice cancellation must be made 24 hrs before trial ends or they automatically charge $9.99 PER WEEK!!😤 That’s the most expensive subscription available😡. If I could rate this App as “0” it would be more accurate. Disgusting business practice!

    Scam. I signed up for the free subscription. I did not sign up for any type of subscription just a free identify of my plants. They have been charging my account 2499 each month. I have no idea how to cancel it. I have called the number no one answers I have sent emails. They do not respond. When I had the app it told me to login to be able to cancel the account I never created a login information to do that. I’m having to dispute the charge
