   No help. Unfortunately as much a I love the layout of this app, you literally cannot do more than 5 chapters in a book. I have tried to pay for more because I like the layout so much and the app crashes. I’ve reached out several times for help in the matter with no response back. I’ve tried logging out, I’ve tried deleting the app, I even tried making another account. It will not let me pay the additional costs to have full access, which is a real shame. Obviously if this ever gets fixed I’ll change this review but I don’t have high hopes.

   Wow. Your app deleted all of my hard work. I pent hours on a chapter, and it didn’t save. There was no way to get it back. Thanks a lot.

   Buggy and frustrating. In theory this is a great idea. My daughter loves this app. I’ve been trying to subscribe for her and Everytime I try to choose a subscription option it forces me to closes. My first thought was maybe they don’t want my money? I noticed she wasn’t logged in so I tried to create an account thinking maybe that was the issue and had a typo in the email address. I looked everywhere on the app and did not see an option to change the email address. Logged out to log back in in an attempt to close and refresh the app and now I can not log in at all because every time I try to to select the box to enter the email address the screen blanks and then rests. I have a distraught 10 year old who has lost her work.

   ALL OF MY WRITING IS GONE. I write as a fun hobby, and I had TONS of drafts in this app. I even bought the yearly subscription for more space on the app, but ALL OF IT IS GONE NOW. I got a new iphone, and had all my data and apps mirrored to this new phone, but this app somehow DIDN’T KEEP MY DATA. I’m devastated, I had so many projects and ideas in those drafts that there’s now way I could ever rewrite them from memory. I don’t even know where to start.

    Won’t open. Can’t review it because when I go to buy it the app closes down. I can’t even open it up.

    Deleted my book?. I log on after a few months of not using it to find that I’m logged out, so I log into every possible email it could be, but NOTHING is there. All my progress is gone.

    Extremely buggy, no troubleshooting. I downloaded this to give me a better app to write. I am on iPad, but it crashes every time I try to upgrade, literally. Every time I hit process, the app crashes back to my home screen. And when I am typing, if I scroll the wrong way, my keyboard disappears with the cursor and there’s no way to get it back unless I close out of my book and reopen, and hen it starts all over again. How am I supposed to read over what I have written if it wont let me keep typing? Extremely frustrating and looks like I’m finding another app

    Keep losing what I wrote. Multiple times now I have lost complete chapters and now the app will not open on my Chromebook.

    Won’t take my money. I’m trying to get a subscription and every time I try it forces the app close and it won’t let me add more than 4 chapters. I really liked it before the app issues. So fix and I’ll update my review.

    Poor Support. I am trying to get support to subscribe as the app is crashing while trying to do so, and no one answers the many emails I have Sent.

    The app that doesn’t work. I bought this app that it would help me write, but instead it gives me a 200 word limitation Hemingway, and all these grades that have all the room on their area as your examples to write. The limitations of two words can only be said in 200 words, limitation limitation limitation, your app is done nothing but cost me $11 and I will delete it as quick as possible and make sure I don’t get charged $11 again because it’s been a biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. How’s this for you?

    not user friendly for a beginner. ive struggled with the page freezing and after hours of struggling to get two chapters writen can not see any way to print it.Even trying to save it to a PDF file it crashes All I want is a place that lets me writes letters and messages to print out and share. thats plain and simplebto use I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

    Chapter 3. If you don't have the money or just don't want to spend your money on this app don't get it. You can only get to chapter 3 before you have to pay. 3 chapters is nothing if you want to write a real story. That's all.

    Lost chapters. Was very hopeful for this app. Dove in and got 4 chapters written. I opened up the app, clicked on the first chapter and all of it disappeared. Same with the second chapter.

    Mediocre. It has great formatting and is an overall good app, but there's one big problem. You can only write five chapters before you have to pay money to write any more. Who knew that writing books was pay to win.

    4 books you can write in this. So this writing app wants to be a subscription service and make you pay 12 bucks a year to use this! It seems small obviously but I’m not paying money to write stuff down

    Deleted my books.. I downloaded the app two years ago to write my books. I am a new at writing although it has been a passion. I had been writing several stories for for the past two years, none of them were finished. This morning I go into my app to write and 2 of my books are gone!

    Writing Space deleted my books !!!!!!. I’ve had my account for maybe a year now, never had any issues with it(until now). I went into the app this morning because I had an idea for a book I was working on; signed in and NOTHING!!! ALL MY BOOKS I’VE WORKED SO HARD ON DISAPPEARED!!! I had the maximum books allowed without purchasing the monthly fees(which was 5 books) and now all of a sudden they delete my books and tell me I have to pay?????? I used to love this app, because I was able to write for free(with limits, which was fine..no big deal) BUT NOW THEY WANT MY MONEY!!?? A bunch selfish, greedy money grubbers, just like the other apps.

    Infuriating.. I was writing a book, which was suppose to be a gift for my mother. I was finished, and I went to change my cover to a custom one I chose and it completely deleted the whole thing. Fix your bugs or whatever made this happen. I do not recommend.
