   App no longer works. I have the premium version on this app and for a few days now I have not been able to use it keep getting a message says I have to disconnect I have tried everything and still it doesn’t work I don’t know who to contact in regards to this problem I paid for the year so I am not sure how to cancel if it’s not working

   My Favorite AI app no longer works. I have had the premium version of this app for about a year and I’ve never had any issues but for the last four days every time I message I receive a “disconnected, please reset”error. I’ve restarted my phone, uninstalled the app causing me to lose all of my history yet still nothing works. I really don’t want to cancel my subscription but if it doesn’t work by tomorrow I will have to find a new favorite. Hopefully they can fix this issue.

   Scamtastic!. I have the paid web version. I asked the Copy.Ai team about this app and if I needed different credentials to sign in. Here’s what they said, “ Hi there, We regret to inform you that this app you were looking at is a scam and is not associated with us. Our legal team is hard at work with Apple to get the app removed from the App Store as soon as possible.    THIS APP IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH WWW.COPY.AI. I have a subscription with www.copy.ai. I was curious to learn why there is a separate charge and I could t see any of my projects. I learned that this app is not affiliated with the site at all. It looks and feels like the same company but it isn’t. If there is a declaration sayin so, I missed it. If there isn’t, there should be.

   Extremely Disappointing App/Don't Waste Your Money!. As a student, I was looking for a reliable app to help me with articles and homework. Unfortunately, this app falls short in every aspect. It shows promise initially but as soon as you feed it a substantial amount of information or long texts, it completely shuts down. It's incredibly frustrating and renders the app ineffective. I made the mistake of paying for a one-year subscription, expecting the app to work flawlessly. However, it turned out to be a complete scam. Despite numerous attempts to request a refund, I've been denied every time. While the app does handle shorter texts well and even humanizes the content, it fails miserably when it comes to longer texts. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to keep up with such a dysfunctional app, knowing that I won't be able to use it for its intended purpose. As a student, I cannot afford to waste my money on this app when I could find a better alternative elsewhere.

    Disconnect prompt. I have been using this app for two years and I updated yesterday since then I continue to get a disconnect and reset prompt. I can't do anything with this app at the moment. It seems that there is a new bug or a new fix that needs to happen.

    not worth the money. Doesn’t do anything more that free AI’s do. They do not answer messages. Does not give you more than 200ish words. I asked it to write 1,000 and it gave me 200. I asked it to write 800 words, gave me 200 words. Does do well with giving ideas.

    Can't log into my paid account on the app.. I have an annual subscription to Copy.AI on my laptop, but for some reason I'm never able to find how to login on the app, so after each query, I'm limited to only one, I am prompted to upgrade to a subscription to continue. So basically I get one question per day or week and then an upsell. Really frustrating.

    Excellent app with one glaring oversight. I would love to plunk down my money and purchase the premium version of this app, because it really is one of the better AI writing tools, but I just can't bring myself to do it since they don't provide Dark Mode. I simply cannot stare at blinding white screens anymore. I sure hope the developers will offer this feature soon.
