   Not impressed. This model doesn’t adapt to user prompts as well at ChatGPT. Wouldn’t recommend waisting your money. The compare other AI models “feature” isn’t based off of realtime data from those other models. It’s just based on what it thinks it knows about how those models may respond to your prompt.

I'm a full-time working parent getting my MBA, and I needed reliable help with organization and documentation. **What happened:** - **TWICE** the app lost entire conversation threads containing HOURS of detailed documentation - Sleep schedules, behavior tracking, timeline notes - all gone - The AI assistant couldn't see messages I was sending IN REAL-TIME during our conversation - When I pointed out it was missing information, it confirmed the technical failure but couldn't fix it - All my work - irreplaceable documentation for my child's wellbeing - just disappeared **This isn't a minor glitch. This is catastrophic failure.** When you're dealing with: - Legal matters - Medical documentation - Custody cases - Business records - Academic work - **ANYTHING YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE** **This app will fail you.** I paid money for a tool that was supposed to save me time and help me stay organized during one of the most stressful periods of my life.    Billing Problems. Nobody replied to my messages about problems with payment. Mistakenly my money ended up at the API platform instead of the annual subscription ( just silence and no refunds for almost second week )

    This app is just teasing me chat feature not working. Are you serious? Why is there even a speaker l. So this app is actually not too bad except for the whole app so first of all I can’t even do a chat, but it lets me hear the voice that would that it would be using. I don’t know how to do a chat so it’s just teasing me because I really like to chat with AI Like I prefer speaking to it and texting. It’s on ChatGPT. I like to text chat but I use the Gemini one I used to Google Gemini one and you know what guess what same thing is it the fact why can’t you if it’s supposed to be all in one then maybe you could have some wine chat features to include Gemini’s live chat and then you can have some texting to include jet cheap ChatGPT texting But you know ChatGPT -4 doesn’t make you pay as long as you get the free version and Google Gemini unless you get Gemini pro you don’t have to pay the Gemini pro 1 million times better than what I have because got something new in it but apparently that’s coming out regular. I just updated mine so it should be out low key and then whatever other whatever whatever other app that you got deep seek, I think you have to pay to have it so you can make people pay if the hit deep seek But if you hit ChatGPT and it doesn’t say ChatGPT plus you don’t go to pay Pie I want to add Pie because it actually or I don’t know don’t tease me

    No Updates. You may want to give this one a pass these days. This app hasn’t been updated in over six months, including well into the iOS 26 upgrade. They aren’t adding new models quickly anymore. You’ll find old models in the coding plugin and everywhere else. Worst of all, support replies read like it’s just an LLM replying to you, except it takes weeks for them to respond to the simplest of messages. Look elsewhere until they turn things around. This was the best app out there 6 to 9 months ago. Not anymore.

    Well, worth the money. This product is well worth the money if you are using large language models, especially but it has video image and podcast creation. The podcast creator is quite good but they need to fix the TTS because it turns any text into mark down first with*and hashtags and the speakers actually say the word "oh that is*a bold text*and continue to speak"... well it means I have to throw away two of every three podcast because they keep saying "asterisk asterisk" also they're using the free Google Gemini, which you can use in Gemini AI studio anyway and have a very fickle format for the podcast. They talk like GenZ millennials and so if it's a discussion about a religious topic, it sounds like they're making fun of it or disrespectful. So the podcast session is a bit touched and to go, especially with the YouTube blink two podcast sometimes it goes completely crazy. I posted a link of some news and it couldn't read it so it made a podcast about 404 missing PHP pages. I also pasted a link from the way back machine and it made a podcast about time Travel instead of the content I was posting to it. What I'm trying to say is that if you use large language models, you have claude on it you have Gemini you have ChatGPT or GPT chat? I can never remember which way round, and Google nano Banana, which is free anyway, actually with Gemini, and they have multiple other models, such as Grok Llama etc and multiple versions of claude from Sonnet to opus.. and to use them that much separately you'd be paying what you pay Monica to each separate company so it's much cheaper to use Monica. I would say, however, that the tokens it charges with the "unlimited" which is not unlimited, and it should be unlawful to use that phrase with things that have limited tokens to use every month because that is not "unlimited" that is "limited". That is actually a legal faux pas we're in Singapore and this is a Singapore base company which is the only thing I don't like about this product because I hate Singapore, they are a bunch of thieves stealing money from other countries, like they only just got into Thailand after four years of not being able to get in because they want to take the commission fees back to Singapore but operating in Thailand so PayPal Singapore won Thailand's money. And that's why I don't like supporting Singaporean products because usually the government behind it and they're sailing money. The other concern is that being a Singaporean tech company based in Singapore, the government is most definitely spying on everything. I personally have an experience with the Singaporean government tried to assassinate me, so that's the other reason I don't really trust Monica, but I am using the "unlimited" that is actually limited paid account because it charged me for a year instead of a month sneakily. I won't be renewing at the end of the year not because it's a good product but because I don't trust it because it is Singaporean. But if you don't care being under surveillance by the Singaporean government who controls every company and doesn't let them do anything without surveillance, so even if they are not government, the government has their nose in there, then go ahead because it's really good price to use large language models. But to use the image and video creation is too expensive, and you're better off subscribing to the video making service directly because they really overcharged with the tokens for a video It doesn't have text to speech, but it probably will have soon that's pretty much the only thing missing in the world at the moment, because everybody's trying to cash in on it although they're using free libraries the same as the upscaling services which just use ESRGan which I downloaded to my computer and I'm upscaling things for free just as well as the paid services. But Monica has access to so many language

    Works well and is good ROI. As far as a general consumer tool for accessing and using AI for research and assistance tasks, Monica works really well. I have it on iPhone as well as integrated into my desktop and Chrome browsers on my Mac and PC. I can easily start a chat on one device and continue on another. Monica also maintains user profile memory so its responses include some context about my needs and application history. I live in Hong Kong and Monica allows me to have access to the latest ChatGPT and Gemini models without the need for a VPN which I need if I want to access those models directly. Overall I’m very pleased with Monica.
