   Poor responses, poor support.. I signed up for a yearly subscription for Super Grok on 7/23/2026 and was charged $320.99. On found the responses to my first couple of queries to be weak and misleading, so on 7/26/2026 I attempted to cancel the subscription and receive a refund by writing to Grok support. Grok support never responded, so emailed again. I again received no response. I asked Grok why this would be, and it responded that it was common to receive no response or to receive a late response! I regret ever having interacted with this platform. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Be cautious in your interactions with these people.

   Garbage. How can they expect you to pay 300 dollars a month but also give you limits. You can burn through the limits in a hour or 2 just getting the right edits and generations. The moderation is ridiculously strict as well. You might as well go local, or buy a credit system that hosts multiple closed ai sources. This app is a complete joke that hold itself back with people none the wiser.

   They took away the 4 debating agents!. I paid for a year of SuperGrok to keep access to the fast responding 4 debating agents. Now they are gone! Expert takes more than a minute to respond and Fast is literally wrong or overly optimistic AND obsequious! Don’t bother with SuperGrok. They take away features and make it suck.

   Can’t even read a book. Terrible that they intentionally restrict grok from reading for more than 5 minutes. It’s actually ridiculous

   Can only send like 20 messages on paid plan. I’m paying for the $30 plan a month and it only lets me send 20 messages before being limited? Other apps are free and let you send unlimited. Unacceptable

   So weird. I don’t want this app it would help me do my homework in the future how problems but then I didn’t even tell it my name and then it said my name that was honestly just weird. I didn’t know what to do so I started to panic and I asked how you know my name and they said it’s gonna set up background. I say I’m just gonna delete this app because it knows too much about me and I don’t like the fact.

    2 hours of use. I can only use it for two hours before getting a limit. And not two continuous hours, I put it down plenty of times in that two hours! I’m actually disgusted… the greed from you people is sick. Your trying so hard to force Grok heavy onto people it makes me want to vomit. For 300$ a month? The AI better show up at my door and make me breakfast! No freaking way!!! That’s a car payment! And to be clear, I’m using the standard text chat. No voice, no images, just text chat. 30$ a month for two hours a day. I won’t be resubbing. I just won’t use AI. Screw you.

    Gets useless by the day. Grok has gotten useless by the day especially for us who use it for content generation and ideas before you ask questions trice, you’ve used up the limit. And it would take hours to reset again. It’s very very disappointing plus the fact that the subscription fee is extremely high. I’m highly disappointed

    Yup.. AI is boring and you guys lack vision. The word “fluff” is invasive to the degree your AI doesn’t listen. Which means it’s playing you on the backend. The more you know. Also if you could fix parallel memory throughout instances that would be great..

    Grok Heavy. Grok Heavy used to be the cream of the crop. Until about 6-8 weeks ago or so. I am not sure what happened at that point but Heavy and Supergrok are NOT worth $1. Much less anything more than that. Grok heavy spams and gets caught in cycles, won’t listen to commands and will completely sabotage the project you are working on. I know from experience. 7 months of work down the drain because I let Grok move with full autonomy on the project without knowing they were going to throttle it. Do not pay for Grok until they fix these issues. 4.3 is the worst version of any AI that I have see thus far.

    Restrictions, limits & GREED. ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR DO NOT BE FOOLED. This app has been ruined by the creators ridiculous restrictions and greed. The image/video generator doesn't work AT ALL anymore because they put such insanely harsh restrictions on it. You can't even edit/generate non nude/sexual content anymore. You can spend huge amount of time just trying to get the simplest things to work only to have them tell you NO then they day you've "reached your limit" and lock the feature. If that's not bad enough now you can't even use the image/video generator without paying for it...BUT wait! It gets even worse! Not only do you STILL GET CUT OFF BY LIMITS even when you pay for the ridiculous $30 supergrok subscription but they reduced the amount of images/videos you can create. Then these thieves give the option to upgrade your subscription to "supergrok heavy" WHICH THEY CHARGE $300 A MONTH FOR!!!!!! I have never seen people so disgustingly GREEDY. They care more about the people who are complaining about nudes and sex (most of who don't even use their product) more than their actual customers that put money in their pockets. Absolutely sickening!!!!!

    Total Garbage. I started using in January 2025 with a free 3 day trial, just playing around with image and video generation. I found it to be amazing and subscribe to SuperGrok, $30.00 a month, great deal even for just fun. Within a few months the Video Moderation started popping up on regular video generations, no big deal, just keep trying and eventually it would work. However starting in March it all fell apart, video moderation combined with ever shrinking video, image and image editing limitations. In that last few weeks it’s also gotten very bad at even producing good quality videos when it doesn’t give a moderation error. Save your money and try a different service, cause this one ain’t working 🤨

    Wanted to like it but no... Always misunderstands what you say, images are childish and nowhere near other AI systems (even though grok claims that’s its strong suit) and good luck canceling you subscription! They make that as hard as possible.. really wanted to support Grok but it’s utterly useless compared to what the others can do for now.. Oh and the worst is after you pay you can only do a few images (he will mess them up) and then I was blocked for over 2.5 hours before I could make another.

    Useless. I’ve been trying to use this for three months now, and it’s absolutely infuriating. No matter what, it keeps trying to add in elements of my first project into every project. Now that I’m trying to cancel my subscription to Grok, it will not give me access to cancel. I’m about to put a stop payment on my credit card.

    Scam. Tried to a edit a image on the free version, they tell me I have to upgrade. I upgrade to supergrok lite. Tried to edit one image, it says unable due to storage, I clear storage, they tell me I need to upgrade to supergrok. I literally just wasted money

    Daylight robbery. I’m paying $30 a month for this trash, and its weird auto moderator prevents you from using any of it’s functionality. You barely get any video generations before you’ve hit your “limit”. A few months ago even free users were getting higher limits than what you get for $30
