What happened to my free trial?. When I signed up, it said you get three days to try it for free before you're charged... NOT TRUE. I was charged $1.99 right away. Shady.

FREE TRIAL IS A LIE. The app advertises a 3-DAY TRIAL period, but charged me $1.99 anyway. After I cancelled the subscription, I submitted a refund request with Apple support and they denied it. So it was NOT in fact a free trial. This is misleading info to bait and switch app users into signing up and should be reported and rectified.

Doesn’t track correctly. App doesn’t track the sky correctly. It points me to the south when it is showing me west. It’s obviously wrong when the Moon is frame, but it’s actually off to your side!

This app is a lie. So today I wanted to find the moon for Eid since it was difficult to find I thought this app would help me find it but I realized that it was not accurate at all because I found the moon on my own and it was nowhere near where the app said it should be.

Disappointing User Experience. The app is so broken and buggy. - When I look up my registered star, I'm unable to save it - There are broken/empty stars saved in my favorites - The app forces you to pay for a subscription in order to use any of the features at all I'm so disappointed. After being gifted a star registered with a name I love, I am let down by the lack of care, support, and functionality in this app.

Star, where?. When buying/naming/registering a star (whatever the site calls it), the site portrays that you can find your star whenever you want to with the app (of course with it being dark enough and weather appropriate, as in no clouds). The app has no instructions… all you can hope to do is point your phone in the sky and see an arrow pointing. No matter how many times you twist and turn and do all the things with your phone in the sky… nothing. I followed all directions (or lack there of) that was provided with the certificate… be prepared that all you get with this is a certificate “saying” you named a star and bogus instructions on how to locate “said” Star. 😡😡.. this is very disappointing for friends and family that this was a gift for.. especially being that my best friend passed away and this was a heavenly gift to her and I upgraded to the frame to be sent to her mom along with the certificate… save your $

Not happy. I bought a star for over $100 a couple years back, nd when the time came to show it as a present to my girlfriend the app couldn’t find my star.. even w constant contact. I’m looking for it again, however, I don’t feel lucky:(

Disappointed/Find another company. I bought the star for my best friends memorial to her family and it’s been constant worry that they messed up . I have been trying to reach them. I have been emailing them About the correction, got email by AI generated when I say I wanna talk to a human they reply, not answering my question and then I have to ask to talk to human again so it’s been nonstop. No communication! phone number does not work!!! Find another company

It’s a scam. Hate to break it to all of you but this is a scam. Not just a recent scam but one known for decades. Not ONE of these star registries actually registers your star. Not ONE of them is recognized by the IAU and the so called “ISR” is nothing but a complete novelty scam. I can’t believe consumers are not protected from this stuff.

App doesn't work and support doesn't listen. Like the other 1 star reviewers, I paid extra for a bright star and can not locate it using the app. I wait 24 hours to get each response from support and it is the same sentence everytime. "Use the app and follow the instructions". The app shows a map with the star, but no way to direct you to the star. I finally gave up, because the recipient's birthday has passed. I requested a refund. I just downloaded a competitor's app and see that their app moves and turns when you do and always shows the exact point in the sky to look at. I checked to make sure that this app also had location services on and it did. It is just plain broken. New iPhone. Up to date OS. Suffering with tech support for 2 weeks. What a waste. I would have given it more time had tech support actually cared. But again, just the same canned response over and over. The company loses a lot of points from this. They lose me and any future purchases they get a poor review. I will find another company that has no connection to this one.
