   Bought all upgrades - now garbage. I bought this back in 2018, with all the upgrades, and now on my iPhone 16, the things a piece of garbage, it does not work at all and constantly crashes! DO NOT BUY! I wish I could give it zero stars, but I can’t

   Broken. This app is broken and just constant crashes and won’t even open anymore. If you go for app support you’ll get warnings that the website is suspicious. This app should be removed if the developer isn’t around any more. There had been an update for 9 years!

   Outdated and undocumented. I really, REALLY wished this app worked as advertised. The app has not been updated in at least 5 years! The user manual is not available in the app or on their server. The location service is totally inaccurate. It locates me 20+ miles away from my actual location. No way to communicate with the company. So good luck on any purchases made.

   Expansion packs don’t work. I’ve been using this as a map for a while and decided to upgrade, but current comets don’t show, and the online user manual is 404. No searches show any other locations for the manual.

   Downloads don’t work. Purchased the satellite upgrade and it fails to install and crashes the app. Also purchased the comet upgrade and it doesn’t include C/2023 A3. And then I came here and saw the app hasn’t been updated in 8 YEARS!! I expect a refund, $1.99 for comets and $4.99 for satellites. Now. If not I’ll contest the charges with my cc company. Please decommission this app! DO NOT PURCHASE UPGRADES!!!

    Disappointed. Don’t bother with this app. I’ve had this app for a long time now and used to love it. Recently I thought I would get the upgrade to attempt to locate satellites. When I purchased it I was charged the $5 for the upgrade but it will not download. I’ve tried everything and it will not work. Just gives me an error then freezes the app and then closes automatically. It’s only $5 but disappointed that it won’t work. Very upsetting. Deleting the app and trying something else.

    Pathetic Wrong Education. I navigate as a captain by the stars. I teach ancient star navigation. This app misplaces Pleiades, M45, Delphinus, etc and does not allow one to get truly oriented and focused on areas of the sky. Its zoom is a bust and it jumps you around. They expect you to pay for upgrades when the basic sky is off.

    Always have a menu. I was trying to set my location and had problems. I wanted to try again, but I couldn’t get back to a place where it would let me try to change location. I have no idea where the location is set. I have no idea how to make it let me try to set location. I wanted it to read my GPS while I use the app. I put that preference in Settings, but when it did list a location, that location was a thousand miles from here. Just make things simple and always give access to a menu in an obvious way. Furthermore, make the text get bigger when I expand.

    Outdated. Purchase the add-ons but it just goes into a download loop. Does not successfully download nor updates the app. Will have to get a refund because this app is no longer useful. I.e. it’s useless

    Don’t buy the upgrades. This is a decent star finder, star chart app. However the upgrades seem to be a waste of money. While using this to teach my kids about the skies above them I felt like it might be fun to purchase the satellites app so we could track the ISS. It won’t load and keeps crashing. Multiple reinstalls and even across my iPhone or iPad… no go. There are better apps out there that will give you what you pay for.

    No longer supported. Don’t waste your money.. I was one that purchased this app back when it first came out. Enjoyed it! But it appears that the developers totally lost interest and enjoy taking money for in app purchases that don’t work or don’t even give you a current comet tracking… Time to move to something that is current and supported for the current iOS. Like a fool I purchased a couple in app purchases before I had read reviews. Hopefully this review will save someone from that frustration. Could be a great app. Once was.. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

    Get a different app. I’ve tried three or four different free stargazing apps and this one is probably the worst. The biggest problem is that it insists on giving Arabic names for most stars even though it says it uses the main language you use on your phone—I don’t even have Arabic downloaded to my phone. But it also seems to miss things altogether—the other day I was 90 percent sure I was looking at Venus (which is huge) and it didn’t even show up. It doesn’t acknowledge several smaller constellations. I’ve never seen it acknowledge a meteor shower. It basically contributes nothing to my life. Oh I guess it helped me get better at recognizing Saturn—that’s one it usually gets right.

    Location is wayyyyy off. I don’t know why but the app cannot seem to get the location right. Disappointing. I need to mislocate myself to a different time zone to get the location correct. Seriously??
